Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I waited over 3 hours for my food. After an hour and a half with no updates, I called the restaurant to ask about my order status and was told that because I ordered through a third-party app, my order was not a priority.
That alone is bad enough, but it somehow got worse when the food finally arrived. My salad had no dressing whatsoever, and they forgot an entire item from my order. So after waiting hours, I still didn’t even receive what I paid for.
If you’re too busy to handle third-party orders, don’t accept them. Intentionally pushing customers to the back of the line while still taking their money is dishonest and incredibly unprofessional. Between the excessive wait, missing items, and blatant lack of care, this place has earned every bit of this one-star review.
Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere—especially if you’re using a delivery app.

My pizza slice was burned. The top as well. Ham (rounds) not cut at all. Very little cheese when asked for extra. Very doughy. I had to come in the next day for a refund. No customer service at all. Took way too long to cook. Probably why it was burnt. Never eating here again. I will tell my friends in the area as well. Just gross.. If I I could give less than an 1 star review, I would.I have pictures of the pizza if anyone is interested. The worker actually told me in order to refund my cash, I had to delete this review.

What once was my favorite pizza has recently gone downhill. The last couple of times I have ordered have been a catastrophe. First a two hour wait on a delivery with the constant message of 10 more minutes when I would check on the order. Second a forgotten salad after waiting an additional 30 minutes on an order that they said they would refund, who knows if they did. Most recently tonight, their phones did not take calls as I waited over 2 hours on an order. On my drive down to cancel and get a refund, I was able to finally get through and cancel over the phone and get dinner elsewhere. Never again.

Pizza was scheduled for delivery at 518pm. Got a text at 504 stating it’s out for delivery. Called at 530 the lady said 20 more minutes he will be there. Called at 6 she stated 5 minutes. Finally at 613 our pizza was delivered. Horrible service and also horrible food. Pizza was cold and didn’t taste good at all. All 3 pizzas in the trash. I personally would never recommend this place. Especially having to wait from time I made the order till delivery was 2 hours.

I was going to write a review and say this place was like a 5/10. Pizza was not amazing but everywhere else was full so we ate here and it was just ok. Thats what i WOULD have said until it hit about 1 am the evening I ate there and I was fighting for my life in the bathroom with the worst food poisoning ive ever had. In that moment i decided my mission will now be to make sure I tell everyone I know not to eat here unless you have a desire for stabbing stomach pain. Please heed this warning, save yourself. I will literally never return.
