This was my second attempt to give this restaurant a chance, and unfortunately, it was disappointing again. My pizza was overcooked, and communication with the staff was disorganized. I placed an online pickup order, and despite the restaurant not being busy, I waited for about 15 minutes before anyone even greeted me. When I mentioned it was a pickup, they asked for my name, then informed me it would take longer. Shortly after, I received a text saying my order was ready.
The two staff members at the front were rude and made it feel like my request was an inconvenience. I’ve been a resident of Renton for over 10 years, and this lack of customer service is not what our community stands for—especially from a small business. Regrettably, I won’t be returning. Customer service matters, and this was my experience.

This was amazing and Sydney was GREAT! The atmosphere was to die for as well. Unfortunately, I’m not able to post a video I took. They have the best largest scariest Halloween guy greeting you as you walk in. He had my kids screaming their heads off. It was sooo great, for the season! Highly recommend for food, service and scenery!

the whole feel of the place was great, food was great, I went 4 days ago and saw napoleon. 10/10
Since the change in ownership, the food has become meh, the prices have gone up, and the atmosphere has become a weird mix of "live-laugh-love" meets knock-off kids friendly CGI. Not the legendary vibe, and not worth going back to.

We have eaten in here and had it in the car. Really good food. Nice atmosphere inside. I tried to buy the Boba Fett painting but no go. ?. As I have said, I try to eat at as many pizza places I come across.
Terrible customer service from the lady named sydney that was working on Friday October 4th. She is unprofessional, rude and likes to show out when her boss isn’t around.

Ordered pizza and salad for delivery while on vacation, the night before a cruise to Alaska. The pizza was okay. Nothing fantastic. The salad was wilted. The guy making the delivery said it should have been thrown out the night before and was a mistake that we got it. He called the owner. After the delivery guy and a member of our party who ordered one of the salads talked to the owner, he agreed to give us a refund for the salads. A week later, after returning from our cruise, I checked my credit card for refunds. No refund. The owner hasn't taken my phone calls or returned my calls. Very poor business practices. Avoid this shady restaurant.
