Ordered pizza for work on October 9th. Was slated to be delivered between 12:12pm-12:22pm. Our lunch break is 12:30-1. I started calling around 12:40pm and was told it would be there soon. Pizza finally arrived around 1:40pm and it was cold. Called the store and the manager apologized and promised a full refund. It is now October 28th and I haven't received my refund. I've called every week asking and he always tells me he will issue it that day. As of today they will no longer accept my phone calls (they must have caller ID). I understand things happen and mistakes were made (delivery) and I'm totally accepting of that. But what happened after the manager promised a refund is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope whoever reads this takes their customer service into account before giving their money to this establishment. They don't care about you, only your money.

The owner opened a restaurant in Spokane and owes me money, his checks bounce. many employees have quit including the Gm in the first 3 WEEKS of opening. He has still yet to pay me honestly for my hard work.

We flew across the country to see our daughter who currently lives in WA, and the first food we ordered was Smoking Monkey in Renton. Delivery was at least 25 minutes past the stated time, the potato skin app my daughter ordered wasn't included, and our large pizza was too doughy to eat. We realized the drinks were missing too but my family member was able to run outside and catch the driver before he left as they were still in the vehicle. We immediately called and we were told we would be getting a refund for the skins and one pizza, and nothing has happened. I have also emailed several times. This occurred on Aug. 8th. Very disappointing!!
This place has such good service and the food here is always fresh and taste so good I would recommend this to anyone who loves pizza and pasta

It used to be good (5 + years ago) and now it is not. They serve food that is not close to any good standard for salad or pizza. Very disappointing. Not sure if they changed management or what happened but the quality is awful (rotten lettuce in salad, canned mushroom on pizza, old slices sold as if they are ok to eat and taste like they have been sitting for 2 days). I tried at least 3-4 x after the quality went down hoping it was a one off and it would be better the next time and it is not.
