Pretty tasty overall. My experience was mixed, got a hint of odd aftertaste that I can't identify. My companion loved everything (especially the samosa). Vegan options clearly labeled. In an old warehouse type market, but Spice King is a separate tidy little space within it. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-16

Tucked just inside the entrance to DK Market, the restaurant is pretty no-frills, but it's all about the food which was fantastic. Recommend Veg. Samosa Chaat and Chicken Tikka.

I LOVE the butter chicken. I know it's a basic order, but I literally go out of my way when I'm anywhere near I-5/I405. Then I day dream about it for days. My husband always tries something new and is always satisfied. We LOVE this place

Dining at Spice King isn’t just about food — it’s an emotion.
It’s the story of an immigrant family that started with nothing and built something beautiful through hard work, resilience, and heart.

Every time I’m there, it takes me back to my roots. From the hospitality to the flavors, it feels like being back in my motherland, Punjab. The food carries warmth, love, and memories — the kind that make you feel at home.

Thank you, Spice King, for your exceptional customer service, your incredible food, and for always going above and beyond. I’ve never felt more welcomed anywhere else. Whether you come alone or with family, this place gives you more than just a meal — it gives you respect, comfort, and a sense of belonging.

Gross. I had the palak paneer and the dhal. They were equally disgusting. The taste and consistency of the dishes led me to believe they were cooked many days ago.

Food was well seasoned. Ordered lamb curry and butter chicken. Both were great.

This place has excellent north Indian food. Definitely try the Chole Bhature and the wraps. They give a lot of quantity for the price too. We have come here thrice so far and are definitely gonna be repeat customers.

This is small place but food is good. I really love eating Chole bhature there. When I asked for 5 star, they really make it good indian spicy level 5 star. Just small issue is, they give white onions instead of red onions.

My favorite Indian restaurant. Prices are lower than other Indian restaurants. It’s kind of a hole in the wall but the food and price are well worth it.

The most worst restaurant I have been in my life. They’re super lazy. They don't respect the customer. I called and order some food and after 32 minutes I went to pick up my food. They said they still need 10 more minutes. never visit this restaurant.
