The service at this location sucks. I order off the mobile app every week fairly early in the morning and when I go in the drinks are never done and if they are done they are behind the counter where I can’t reach/ see them. They pretty never acknowledge me and I’m just standing there for like 5 minutes waiting for someone to say something. I understand it gets busy even at 6am but I feel like it’s ridiculous for me to place a mobile order for a couple drinks show up and have to wait for it to come out, and then have someone who got there after me just for them to get their drink first.

Easy access right off 405. Their coffee isn’t the best but their worker is so kind and generous. Black coffee is my routine croissant and vegetarian , plus grilled cheese are on my menu , i’m not true vegetarian, but then sometimes I will try the turkey pesto as well order online to avoid the wait. Then hurry back inline for traffic enjoy.

I ordered my drink on the app so I could be in and out of there as fast as possible. When the barista handed me the drink, I even asked if this was the right drink because it looked darker and I was right. There was mocha in my drink when I ordered a caramel drink. I was waiting in the drive thru until they noticed I was still there and I told her they made my drink wrong. They asked me to pull out front so that they could remake my drink and when it came out, it looked like there was no coffee in it at all. I told her it still looks wrong so now they’re attempting to my drink for the 3rd time. After the 3rd time, it still tasted like there was barely any coffee in it and I just had to go because I didn’t have time. I’m so disappointed in their customer service.

This morning I ordered a Matcha Latte through the app and picked it up at the drive-through. They got my order wrong and didn’t add any syrup. I had to turn around, park, and walk inside just to get it fixed — something I thought would be a small matter.

However, the barista took the cup, mumbled something like “I thought I already put it in,” then hurriedly pumped in some syrup and handed it back with matcha foam spilling over the lid. The attitude felt as if I was the difficult customer, when clearly the mistake was on their side.

As a customer, I just expect my order to be made correctly and handled with professionalism. This experience completely ruined my morning for no reason.

I went through the drive through on Monday around noon and was extremely impressed by the positivity and friendliness of one of the employees, Nick. The level of engagement and customer centric attitude made this a great experience.

Not a comfortable space to hang out and work. And this is a recent remodel. Terrible chairs and stools shriek when you move them and the conditioner was blaring on an already morning. I would almost guess it was designed purposely so you don’t stay long. Sorry, folks are nice and coffee is fine but won’t be hanging out at my local Starbucks.

Can’t say enough negatives about this starbucks. Not only did they give me a vanilla Frappe with COFFEE in it (I got it for my child) but the barista Kenzi swore loudly enough for me to hear in the drive thru, more than once! Will not be coming back. Teach your employees some professionalism.

We decided to try the Elphada's Cold Brew at this Starbucks, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location. While the drink itself was enjoyable, the service was quite unpleasant. The staff seemed impatient and rushed us while we were ordering, which made us uncomfortable. To top it off, after we had received our drinks, one of the baristas, Courtney, mentioned that it was their first time making this drink, and even said that it "was gross" out loud as we were walking away with our drink in hand.

This was very unprofessional and those comments should have been kept to herself.
