The coffee is always stellar, the staff is nice, but the drive-through service is the slowest I've ever experienced- and I've been to alot of Starbucks. I've been late for work twice because of the slow service, so now I leave about 20 minutes even earlier. I understand it takes time, but wish they'd figure out a better, faster way.

Ordered an iced grande matcha. Barely filled to the top. Looked like someone already took a sip out of it.

I had a basic order of a small mocha and a drip coffee. I was asked if I wanted a stopper for the drip coffee but was not given a stopper for the mocha. I had a heck of a time trying to get the attention of two people behind the counter to get a drink carrier. By the time I got home, the mocha splashed all over the drink carrier. The service was terrible! I’m pissed off that I gave them a tip. The coffee order was almost $10. It would be nice to get a smile, a thank you or at least eye contact. The drip coffee was good which is why they got three stars and not two.
