I need a glass of water and then I order a chai latte. But the service staff on the desk wearing earrings, she denies water and she says first you order something then give the water.
It's summer so sometimes anyone needs water , so they need to be kind.

Very busy Starbucks which is understaffed at busy times around school release time. Staff is friendly and the drinks are good, however they have forgotten my water twice. The parking lot is tight and I couldn't get out of my space because the drive thru was so backed up.

The team members are really rude and argue about messing up your order. They inconvenience me and make me feel like a bad person about speaking up for an almost $9 drink I pay for. Elise was the girl at the drive thru that said she fixed my order but I ended up leaving with WHOLE milk and she told me to fix it somewhere else

Generally a very good Starbucks, but three times now, I have received a ridiculously watery hot chocolate. Which is a shame as Starbucks has the rare actually good hot chocolate, with a really bitter bite, not just straight sugar. I'll be going to a different branch for those going forward.
