Very busy Starbucks which is understaffed at busy times around school release time. Staff is friendly and the drinks are good, however they have forgotten my water twice. The parking lot is tight and I couldn't get out of my space because the drive thru was so backed up.
Generally a very good Starbucks, but three times now, I have received a ridiculously watery hot chocolate. Which is a shame as Starbucks has the rare actually good hot chocolate, with a really bitter bite, not just straight sugar. I'll be going to a different branch for those going forward.
Never disappointed in their service, attitudes, and quality. Never missed a step on my order, and hardly ever slow moving. I teach at Renton Fish and Game Club, so I'm a frequent flyer.
