Worse iced coffee I ever had. Very rude people working there, I hope this place will shutdown like many other Starbucks. Greedy company with very bad customer service.

My Americano was so light and watery, the cashier girl wanted to charge me 3 dollar for extra shot so my coffee is not watery !! Very disappointed

Going in to get drinks is great. I'm not a part of the has time to sit at the coffee shop crowd but it looks nice. Drive thru is almost always pretty quick. And no one ever seems grumpy to be there. Probably my favorite location.

I was at the window ordering, ordered two drinks, said thanks. Then, I was kept looking at the screen because I kinda wanted a sandwich, she asked is that correct on the screen. I said yes, can you add a sandwich.
She said it will be an extra $1.20 because she sent the order through already. I said okay, never mind because that is actually just greed at work and I’m good.
So, Starbucks the price of the sandwich being greedy?!?? How does that help you make more money? Businesses have gotten ridiculous with these charges and it didn’t even make sense. I was still at the ordering screen.
Won’t go back to Starbucks. Don’t condone that stupid crap these multimillion dollar companies try to pull. Not enough that I am paying $9 bucks for a COFFEE?

I ordered VT matcha crm frappucchino on the app with some more matcha powder cup but they didn't add in. I tried it and it like no sugar too. Other stores did very well but this is the second time the same problem with this store. If I can give Zero star. I will do it. Waste my money
This store is my favorite store . But recently they made The Ice Matcha Latte so bad . It’s so bitter I feel like they don’t put any milk or creams on my drink

Waited 22 minutes in drive through then the coffee tasted burnt 😝 unfortunately this is the third time. I will not be coming back to this particular Starbucks. I miss the Olympia stores, they are always top at customer service.
