Loved the new pistachio latte, so yummy. Was not a fan of the interior decor, couldn't have a conversation with my companion without everyone nearby being in earshot. Definitely too close together chairs and tables.

I feel bad because I think this location is chronically understaffed. I order ahead in the app and the wait time is always much longer than the estimate. Today it took nearly 20 mins from when I sent the order in for 1 drink.

Avoid this location, especially on extra star or deal days. They are notoriously slow, understaffed, and the customer service is poor. I would gladly drive out of my way to another location.

Mobile orders never correct and wait time is 7-15minutes more then time provided or they don't see the order. Please do better!

Drinks and food always amazing. But the customer service at the drive thru is literally the worst. 11/3/23 at 11:14am I went ordered 2 drinks. First off the girl had us wait for like 5mins to order. Then when we kept saying our drinks, she had me repeat it over and over again when it was just a Venti Ice White Mocha. Got to the window, this young Asian girl looked so grumpy and not nice at all. Gave her money to reload my card and didnt even happen. Then got the wrong size and when I told her I ordered a Venti not a grande, she said “Oh you didnt want a grande”. No expression at all to fix the drink. Never coming here again. If you dont like your job dont do it simple! Not really sure why people just cant be nice nowadays!

Another Starbucks fail.. won't be coming back to this location. Lobby is always closed and the drive-thru is a 15min wait minimum. Today I ordered a latte and I got some extra on my lid.. gross..

The most poorly managed Starbucks I've ever been to. We visit occasionally due to its convenience, but the lobby seems to be closed more often than not. This has been an ongoing issue for at least two years.We had hoped for new management a while ago, but nothing has really changed.Think a closed lobby isn't a big deal?Imagine this: you order ahead to save time, only to find yourself waiting in a 20-minute drive-through line to pick up your drinks because there's no option to cancel or get a refund.On a positive note, their new oven cooks the food perfectly.

I love Starbucks in general but I think the people at this one are some of my favorites. I'm here regularly so they remember my name and are always pleasant. They do always have a pretty long line in the morning, drive through and inside but they move fast and make good drinks so it never takes me too long to get my mobile order. I only ever order mobile and I'm in and out pretty quickly.
