Hi,

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for a long time and usually have great experiences.

However, around 4:30 PM today, I ordered an iced espresso and a sausage cheddar egg sandwich. The drink came out on time, but I waited quite a while for the sandwich. When I asked a staff member, I didn’t get a clear response, and it was a bit confusing. Eventually, another team member seemed to rush to make one — possibly mine — but there was no explanation or communication.

I didn’t receive any apology or update, which left me feeling a bit overlooked. This was disappointing, especially since I’ve always liked coming here.

I’m sharing this in the hope that the experience can improve moving forward.

On this hot summer day, I stopped by this Starbucks location hoping to get a cup of iced water. I’ve done this before without issue, but this time, the woman at the front counter informed me I had to make a purchase in order to receive water with ice. I explained that due to the heat, I simply needed something to cool down. Her response was surprisingly hostile—she stated that the only water available was bottled and that if I wanted ice, I should go to a nearby gas station, as Starbucks would not provide it.
The dismissive and rude tone was deeply disappointing. Not only was the response unhelpful, but it went against the customer-friendly spirit I associate with Starbucks. I would have been happy to pay for the cup of water if that were the store’s policy, but I was not given that option.
I want to emphasize that this is the only Starbucks location where I’ve ever been treated this way. I hope this feedback helps you to better avoid this place. The blonde lady at the front needs to know the importance of customer service and respectful communication.

I’ve been going to this location for years but today I decided to never go back again because today they refused to sell me from the drive through while I’m on my E bike which I been doing for a while since the summer started and none of the employees had an issue or ever mentioned anything about it but the person working today is not as professional and straightforward refused to sell me unless I go inside.

If bring your bike do not lock it up here. The bolts are loose and there is someone always standing by to take it even if just for a quick restroom break.

I ordered a grande white mocha and received it half full and with foam and no whip .I also ordered a grande pink drink that had some kind of separation I don’t know what was going on there . But I was very disappointed with the bev quality, I felt like they are more focused on taking your order and getting you on your way rather than being thoughtful and making drinks the right way . I don’t need my drinks fast I need my drink made CORRECTLY.

Called to confirm lobby is open at 6:30 pm. And was told yes. Turned out to be a waste of gas. Won't be coming back again, even when they are open.

The baristas are always nice, speedy, and proffessional.

I just have a bone to pick with the way that sweeteners are combined with the actual flavouring of things. If I order a chai latte with half of the amount of sweetener. I still would like the same amount of chai.

Why am I being punished with a hot milk drink for not wanting it to taste like a cinnamon roll?

Would like to be able to change it up sometimes, but I guess it's just black coffee for me. I'm only here for the Wifi anyway.

Note- Don't get the falafel pocket thingy. It's more dissapointing that getting a red envelope with no money in it.

The moment we walked in myself and my two boys that are six years old we were welcomed with a beautiful smile and service. The woman at the front even looked at my sentence said oh would you like to play harmonica for us because he brought his harmonica and was playing a little bit of music. They were very pleased and pleasant to work with. The boys got a fruit box and a sandwich and the server even heated it up and cut it in half for us, and as I was grabbing the drinks and walking by, I went to turn around to go get the sandwich and there she was with the two sandwiches in different bags for the boys pleasant smile and said, “Hey, I gotcha no problem Momma.” and I sat down feeling very cared for and welcomed in this Starbucks. It is not all Starbucks that I feel welcomed in, but this one I highly recommend for families!! Oh my goodness they were just so good to my children and the patrons there were smiling and Enjoying my children as well🥰

The girl who was in drive thru 3/31 at 3:57 pm was rude, clearly didn’t want to be at work and has horrible customer service. Please put someone else. She was brown skin with a swoop and ponytail.
