We ordered our drinks ahead of time and had a seamless experience. The problems started when we walked into the store and a grouchy old woman claiming she’s acting store manager had her eyes on us for whatever reason as we walked in and started to pick an argument with us after we said “Hi” politely. We were in a good mood, we sat down, great conversation with my friend and then I ordered a second iced tea that was supposed to be a refill. To my knowledge she wasn’t filling the rules that apply to refills is when I politely questioned to make sure she snapped at us and almost kicked us out of that store. Mind you before all this we used to go into this store a lot and Kristy the store manager is fabulous but Sam I believe is the one and is acting manager and this is the icing on the cake for us not to return. This store has gone so woke and a lot of the OG’s that we used to know have gone onto better jobs. From my understanding this woman has been here for almost 20 years and needs to retire. As long as she’s here we refuse now to come and visit here. This woman is never happy, last few times has not been friendly to us and other customers from what’s we’ve seen. If you want a better Starbucks experience go to another store or try something new like - Dutch Bros.! Stay away from this store!

Parking: This location is Nextdoor to a car wash and a strip mall. Parking can be dicey to find at times. Order ahead and roll through the drive thru.

Wheelchair accessibility: Thy do have a ramp to enter and exit and handicapped friendly restrooms and seating!

Starbucks can be a cold and unwelcome atmosphere when you go through the drive-through. When it's a busy morning, a slow modern day, most of the time, you are greeted by a monotone. "What would you like to order?"

This is not the case for this starbocks. Every one of their staff members, whether it be 5 in the morning or shortly before, close I always have a positive introduction with. Great with a genuine interest in meeting my needs. Yes, it's just coffee. But sometimes, an interaction can make or break your day.

I am always impressed with the people who work at this location. Talking to me about my tates preferences and helping find new things. It's always the little moment with people who help to keep your mood up.

Shout out to Willow and Ashton. I think they are amazingly fun people! They suggest and always keep up the good feeling vibes.

Starbucks has changed, you go there to start your day with a smile but folks at the counter are showing zero guest service and tons of attitude. I am not sitting free and buying drinks. Do yourself a favor don’t start your day here please.

When your store closes at 8:30 and at 8 you say "we are out of ice tea"really, how long does it take to brew a cup of tea and put it over ice ...just saying !!

Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru. Once I got to the window, the worker didn’t even speak a word to me or smile, just handed me my drink. Why work in customer service if you don’t even like people? Plus it’s my birthday, so that really dampened my mood for a moment. Never returning to this location.

Ordered through the app and came to pick up my order, the two female baristas where so kind, one they politely guided me to the restroom, then they didn’t have the order items I wanted in stock, so they gave me a lesser item and gave me a gift card for 4$ for the inconvenience! ?? They were so professional and the customer service was world class the general manager should be proud, what a surprisingly wonderful experience. Also was nice to see that all the staff was diverse people of color and female ✊?. Go girls! Good job!

It must be a corporate issue at this point. I used to go out of my way to go here because the other one up the road was too slow. Well, this mismanagement had spilled over in the last few months. The last time I ordered ahead it says 10 minutes and was 25 minutes. Yesterday they owned it. They said it's going to be 25 minutes. How does coffee take 25 minutes? There's only 5 cars in line. Fast food drive thrus are 10× faster.

Dutch Bros here I come.

Came in for a pastry and cup of ice I received my pastry upon ordering and waited 5 mins for a cup of ice. The barista was making other drinks that take longer. I asked about my cup of ice and she said that she had to make the drinks in order. I don’t want to sound entitled but the cup of ice would have taken 2 seconds to make versus lattes and frappes. I was on a work break so had I had known I could just get a cup of ice but wait until all the other complicated drinks were made I would have never ordered. I won’t be back.

I have a heart condition so decaf coffee is a necessity. I was unfortunately given caffeinated coffee and am now dealing with the repercussions. It’s VERY important to pay attention to caffeine & milk substitutes. Super dangerous!!! Luckily I only had a talk today. Could’ve been much worse.
