Did a mobile order a simple cup of drip, coffee, arrived right around when it said it would be ready. Store was not busy at all. Waited patiently for multiple minutes until I noticed it was just sitting under the machine ready on the back count. Took 10+ minutes, not a single employee acknowledge me or asked what I was waiting for or even made eye contact. I had to be the one to finally speak up to get it. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service these days.

Earlier today I put in a mobile order for two drinks, when I arrived 30 min later not only were the drinks not ready, they were not even worked on. The baristas did not acknowledge me nor did they care about serving me until 5 minutes after I got there. When they finally asked what I was there for, a young man finally started making my drink, I received my first drink not too long after but I received my second drink much later because they had decided to talk amongst themselves instead of finishing my drink. What should have been a grab and go order turned into a 20 min wait time. Really disappointing service from this establishment.

I mean come on fellas as employee of Starbucks you have only pretty much two functions one is take order and two prepare the order there's no rocket science here so if you can barely manage the first part but you fail at the second part you pretty much failed at your job 20-minute wait for a drink does not reflect good on the company that employs you.

Seating is uncomfortable, room is loud, staff were busy but hot chocolate came out tasting like hot water. When I complained staff blamed the machine which my Starbucks barista girlfriend replied was absolutely not the cause.

Update: They also gave all 3 of us food poisoning

I ordered 6 things, 3 drinks, 3 sandwiches. It took over 40 minutes for us to get everything, and it was 5+ minutes in between each item, with the longest wait being 15 minutes. The order should have come out together or as close as possible with how starbucks's queue system works. They prioritized the drive-through, and even that was slow. 2 sandwiches were given at the proper temp, but one was clearly sitting for a while, forgotten about. They made the iced drink the wrong size and without the extra shots asked for and the wrong type. The two hot chocolates were watery and didn't taste like chocolate, when asked about, the Coffee Master blamed it on the machine, when that is impossible with it being only mocha sauce, milk, and whipped cream. The atmosphere was loud, and seats were uncomfortable. I get that they were busy, but sound absorption needs to be better with sound tiles or soft materials.

Wow I order here occasionally and it’s usually good, but whoever was working today did an awful job. Mocha tasted like black coffee with a pinch cocoa, blonde latte was like caramel scented water.

Unbelievably slow drive thru. 20 mins with only 5 cars ahead of me. 4 minute per car average. They can’t all have been large or complex orders. Last time I’ll stop here in the morning - made me late for work when it shouldn’t have.

Very bed service. Speaking with me horrible, didn’t want give receipts. I took a lot orders, they didn’t give me orders and didn’t want give me receipts. Very bad!!!!!

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve come here it’s taken me 20 minutes to get one drink. Don’t even bother ordering food because it will take forever. Even in the drive thru I was waiting for 10 minutes at the window while they heated my wraps. It has NEVER taken this long at any other location, ridiculous.
