I got my order 3 caramel fraps 1 moca and a sandwich, they asked if I needed a coaster and I said yes when she gave me the drinks I brought it into the car and the coster bent and 1 of the traps spilled all over my foot and they were so nice they gave me napkins , even wipes🥲 and since I gave them back the cup they even replaced my drink 🥺, their so nice! Definitely coming back! 🫶🏼

We went today to get the new hello kitty cup drop and was told was sold out then the gal on my left who know the lady that was working there was checking out with not one but two different hello kitty cup. How ridiculous is that. Telling a customer it is sold out then sell it to people they know infront of that customer

Pretty ok Starbucks but not the best one coffee is better than others close by. Food selection is limited. Their latte is good. I usually take the pumpkin spice at fall , half of sweet. Seating is limited I’m lucky this time. Took the corner and enjoy my own time. Charging outlet is available just bring your own charger. Parking sometime is busy. Nice place

I literally looked them up on Google it says that they don't close until 8:00 now it says 8:30 and they've been closed I walked all the way over here from my work evergreen market on the corner and now I have to go somewhere else because nobody knows how to update their Google page or their Google information drives me nuts it's a huge inconvenience and I know it's not just me that's inconvenience one star one star one star ⭐

6/4 As I drove up, I noticed the Starbucks’ barista/cashier (manager?) communicating positively with the driver in front of me. From seeing their interaction, I knew I would receive great customer service and I did. I showed my brand new Happy Birthday e-card. It wouldn’t open up. I hadn’t set up Apple Pay. As I was reaching for another form of payment, the barista/clerk asked, “Is today your birthday?” I told her it was a couple of days earlier. “Well, it’s on us!” As I saw the other baristas with smiles on their faces, I said to myself, “I understand. They are working with a very positive, warm, kind leader who is positively impacting those around her—colleagues and customers alike. Kudos and thank you!
