Usually they have great service. I ordered a Blonde Roast after 11am on the app, went to pick it up, but they gave me a empty cup. Options were a Pike Roast, or I wait 10-15 minutes for a pour over. Which is about how long it took for me to arrive. Ugh I also know not to ask for refunds anymore because I've been told by 3 stores that since I ordered through the "Starbucks app" they cannot issue a refund and I'm stuck with things I do not want. Not only that, but if you do not offer a service after certain hours, you should make it unavailable on the app.

Cashier/Tacianna was rude upon me asking a simple question and her saying " don't you see the sign"? If I saw the sign I wouldn't have asked. I wanted to say something but I decided to do this review instead. I will be letting my co-workers at the Courthouse, who frequent this location know about my experience. Kinda killed my vibe on this beautiful day

The customer service here is far from stellar. Stood at the customer counter for 5mins w/o a single employee acknowledging me. Mind you it was a down time of the day. The atmosphere at this location is certainly not inviting and the employees make it even more gloomy with their lack of energy and enthusiasm. Take your money elsewhere and support small local business that truly care!

This is the top Best place to not only the fact that you can literally charge All of your devices especially being because they have outlets to plug your things in to charge at More than half the tables inside but.... I mean people even go if you need a peaceful really quiet type like of place to do online school or even just to study on your laptop.Oh! Plus more importantly people love to make this place the perfect meeting spot for let's say to do a Job interview without disruptions:)
