I went this morning to get just espresso, I waited 20 minutes I kept asking why is taking so long, she said its coming up never did ! Then the 3rd time she said I’m making it now , I really had to leave paying and not getting my coffee ! The worst experience ever I will tell everyone about it and never go again!

The drinks are usually good here...but waiting 10-15 mins in the drive thru is not ideal. Ill likely never return to this location simply due to that. If its once, fine sure we all have those days, but its an everytime occurrence. Baristas are friendly enough though

The older gentleman taking orders in the morning was and is always awesome. Now for Jennifer, she couldn't look more un enthusiastic about being at work or customer service if she tried. All 3 of my drinks were pretty watery one completely wrong and had to be remade(She wasn't happy about that) thought rather than make a scene I'd just let the Manger know.....Big mistake! Judging on how he instantly began to give excuses and defend her I'd say it was a friend. Nonetheless didn't have the time to remake 3 drinks and be on time so I took this one, but it's Washington there's a coffee shop on every corner. I've had enough of the Starbucks Zest Fest

Updated; 9/16/2025 - some things never change. This has to be the slowest Starbucks drive thru on the planet. 9 years has passed since I was last here. And the same thing again. Super slow service with no real explanation. I should have remembered to never stop here
Original Review: I drive by this Starbucks every workday and they always seem to have a long line at the drive thru in morning (8:30 am). Today I stopped by after work to get a hot chocolate, and I waited in the drive thru line for over 25 mins! I'm not sure why it was taking so long, because it didn't seem too busy inside the shop. Also, when I finally got up to the service window they didn't have my drink ready yet (they were making it right after I paid for it). As such, this is probably the last time I'll be stopping at this Starbucks.

I’ve been waiting in the drive through line by the screen to order after they said just give me one second for 5-10 min not a car in sight but mine!
Don’t go through the drive thru in the morning unless you’re prepared to spend over ten minutes waiting in line. I listened to the entire first date follow up plus two songs on the radio between ordering and getting to the window.

I order extra cold foam and this is what I get and a bunch of ice don’t go to this Starbucks it’s terrible then they really expect a tip after they make a terrible drink
