Very disappointed that I spent $8 and they didn’t even fill up my drink to the top, but instead it looks mostly filled with ice. Over the years I’m starting to feel Starbucks is snubbing their customers in so many ways with their drinks, reward changes and birthday freebie restrictions. I don’t want to support a company who doesn’t value or support their customers.
Service was really slow - only 1 or 2 baristas - and a roomful of people waiting for their drinks. Wish they get rid of their Uber eats and the likes ... Taking too long to prepare those orders.

Today, at 9:55 a.m., Saturday, June 14th, 2025, I had the displeasure of being acquainted with Kaitlyn at the drive thru window.
I had placed my order prior online. The instructions came up and said to drive thru and tell the Barista your order name, Evelyn. That’s precisely what I did. She reprimanded me and said that next time stop at the intercom to let them know I’m coming??? (It had already said it was ready for pick up as I only live a couple of minutes away)?
I wish I could get my $2.00 tip back as not only did she “scold me” she gave me the dirtiest look when she handed me my beverage!
I’ve not ever seen her there before ….and I’ve NEVER experienced that kind of Customer Service from Starbucks since I first started patronizing them at the original site across from the Farmer’s Market, when I use to work for King County at The Smith Tower.
Time to switch over to Dutch Brother’s.

I go to Starbucks almost everyday and 85 percent of the time I have no issues no matter what location I go to. I don't know if this group was just having a bad day or what but they have 6 people working and 2 of them are doing most the work while the other 4 didn't do anything. Had to wait awhile before anyone took my order and even then it was one of the guys that was making drinks that stopped and took my order. The tables were super sticky. I tried to get one of the workers attention to get a rag and finally gave up. When I went to leave I was going to order another drink for the road but once again no one to take my order. Not even an acknowledgement that they saw me waiting. Finally gave up and left.

Asked if she could grind some Starbucks beans I got at Safeway for French Press and was told "Sorry I'm to busy". I was just a little taken back because I don't think I've ever heard something said to me like that before from Starbucks.
