Horrible Customer service and the food is OVER priced for 3 small fake bacon and tons of lettuce and mayo and 3 small tomatoes. I would rather go to Jimmy johns or Safeway Deli for a BLT that actually make a beter BLT with more of everything

Classic franchise crappiness. The subway down the hill is $2-3 cheaper per item. We stopped here as a mistake as we thought it would be more convenient. We were wrong, ordering a sandwich that was advertised the person working insisted on asking every question like I am inconveniencing them. Simply asked to make it with what it came with. Then was told you are required to sign the receipts that do not have a receipt line. Super sus. Avoid if possible. I will.

Great location, great staff, very clean. But they don't honor coupons. Not even their own subway coupons.

Ordered the number 99 ham sandwich, footlong, bag of chips and a medium drink, over $22. Sandwich was very thin on meat. I know inflation is through the roof, but $22 for a mediocre sandwich, drink and chips it's going to keep me from coming back.

There are two employees in the store: one male and one female. The male employee took my order. Since I am vegetarian, I asked him to wash the knife, as I don’t want to touch the knife used for cutting meat. He seemed annoyed by my request. After that, he cut the bread. I asked him to add vegetables and requested a little lettuce. When he added that, I asked for more. He responded, “You asked for a little; I put a little. You should have said ‘normal’ if you wanted more.” When I pointed out that he was being rude and angry, he replied, “I’m rude if asking for what I want is rude. I’m not sure how I can order.”

I then asked to speak with someone else and requested the manager's information. He provided me with the store number but put the sandwich aside without informing me and walked back to the kitchen. I still wanted my food since it was my lunchtime. I called over another employee, who was female, and asked her to finish my sandwich. She made a new sandwich, but when I asked for her name, she said, “I can’t tell you my name.” I then asked the male employee to tell me his name, and he refused and ignored me. None of them were wearing name tags.

I bought the food, but I swear I am never going to Subway again if customer service is this bad. I asked what time the manager comes in, and they said they didn’t know. How is it possible that employees don’t know the manager’s working hours?

Way better than jimmy John’s and Jersey mikes, and they sell Dr Pepper so immediately 5 stars. Actually good lettuce and meats.

Got a spicy Italian and took it home- both my partner and I took a bite and knew something was off- the pepperoni on it was literally rancid. Called the store and the employee wouldn’t even listen so now anyone else who gets it will also get rancid meat. So foul. I didn’t get subway often but now both of us are never getting it again.

I’m a big fan of subway, in fact I have gone there a couple times and it’s been perfect the male worker there is super friendly, but the lady ( I think the same one all the comments talk about) was not nice at all, prices are super high at this location and they don’t accept coupons like the majority of the subway locations

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. $39 for two small sandwiches and no customer service. Never again.

They don't take Subway franchise coupons. And the prices are way too inflated for the quality of sandwich. Big thumbs down.

Buyer beware! They don't take those coupons mailed out to you. I'll go to Jersey Mikes next time. Here it was over $40 for just two footlongs. Holy cow! But if I go to Jerseys Mike's it's like $25 and they give you 2x the meat.
