This location CONSTANTLY closes early. I've come here multiple times an hour before the closing time and it's already closed down. I check the hours online, on the app, on the door. Its all the same and they always close early.

Lady there act's like she owns the place ?and she's rude to everyone, almost causes a scene with someone about every time I visit. It's embarrassing I feel really bad for her coworkers.

Extremely rude and disrespectful employees. Manager came out of the back as soon as I walked in and asked “what do you want” as if she was taking my order and the proceeded to tell me the line starts on the other side which is where I was headed initially. Mind you the store was completely empty which isn’t surprising based on the customer service that’s shown here. I recommend driving an extra 5 minutes to a different subway than being treated like trash at this one. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Personal experience and opinion:There is -100000000000 customer service at this location. Employees are extremely rude. I have received by far the lowest amount of food compared to other subways I have been to and employee are much nicer. I was standing next to the entrance (on the side) talking on the phone waiting for my online order to be ready and the employee washing the dishes in the back comes out and starts yelling at me to move. Mind you, I was not blocking the entrance, not there was a client at the entrance. I was flabbergasted. The owner comes out and starts looking at my food and the receipt (not sure why). I could not believe what I saw. Look, if they don’t care about clients and customers, just for a second imagine what is happening in the background like how they are handling the food, or sanitation, or anything that we do not see. Just go to another subway if you really need to eat subway. Thank me later. Like many others that have left a 1 star review, this place deserves a -1000000000000 stars. This is my personal experience and opinion.

I love subway sandwiches but girls here don’t understand english properly, also not very sure about anything we ask. Worst customer service extremely rude and unprofessional.

Says fresh sliced meats on the window yet you get store bought pre-sliced bland ass lunchable type Turkey. Prices are crazy $13 for a footlong so it better be perfect. The lettuce was brown so I went spinach by force. Pickles were gnarly and dried out so had to avoid my favorite topping. No spicy mustard. WTF. Just not worth the money , bring back the seafood salad sandwich the only thing I miss from there. I'll be going back to JMikes next time I want a sub. They are just a leave above SW. plus this location doesn't take any of the promos you see on local TV.

Had the monster yesterday and it was very good. I haven't had subway in years so couldn't remember if it was good or not but I was pleasantly satisfied. Service was also good.

$29 for a footlong and 2 bags of chips! This "Recently" was $10. The only thing that has changed at subway is expensive famous people in ad campaigns...translation ...now I'm paying those famous people for the same food - a deli sandwich! Sorry Subway....I'm done with

I’m a huge fan of subways.I’ve been buying them at least 2 times at week.This is the very first time a get a NO when I request extra of certain vegetable.I even told her I was willing to pay extra for it and she still said NO.Again I told her I’d give her $100 to add extra of one veggie in specific, and very unprofessional denied again.This woman needs to know about costumer service BIG TIME.And she’s the reason why I’ll never come back here again.
