I had a disappointing experience at Subway today. The staff member barely put 2-3 tiny pieces of chopped onion on my nachos, and when I asked for a bit more, he added just one more tiny piece. On top of that, he was talking way too much instead of focusing on making the nachos properly. Definitely not the level of service I expect.i will choose another location next time onwards.will never go to this location again!

After getting too busy at work to go in and pick up the sandwich I ordered earlier in the day, I called the store to explain and let them know they could throw it away as it had been many hours since ordering. Their staff was gracious enough to offer to remake the sandwich fresh for me another time at no extra cost when they had done nothing wrong. I just picked up my sandwich today which was delicious and fresh. Thank you to this team and I'd highly recommend their store after such great customer service!

If you have a big event coming up (graduations, reunions, sporting events, etc.) I highly recommend Subway on 164th! Gani and his crew were a delight to work with on a catering order we had this past weekend. I had questions so I went in store to order, instead of ordering online. Of course you could order online too. The staff answered all my questions and Gani threw in some extra perks as well. The order was done on time and the staff gladly loaded everything into my car. My order consisted of six Easy Order Sandwich Platters and four Veggie Delight footlong sandwiches. Even though my event was in Everett, I wanted to support our local business. I was very pleased with the results.

I had an issue the other day. The owner was super gracious and understanding. I talked to him he heard my concerns and made it right! I would definitely go back again because the owner is someone I would support!

I have been a customer for many years of this Subway and I absolutely love it each time. Recently, I have been served by a young woman named Marcella, who always has a smile for me when I walk in, and has engaged in some very encouraging conversation with me as she makes my sandwiches. She is always a joy. This evening, a gentleman named Ganni served me and he was just as delightful. I highly recommend this Subway restaurant not only for the delicious food, but also for the kind people who work there.

I keep having issues here. My last time coming to this location. I ordered the elite chicken bacon ranch. The sandwich artist essentially assumed I would get the Chuck chicken. I don’t like it I didn’t see that chicken as the provided protein, it’s listed on the menu as the rotisserie chicken. I requested that I have double chicken, and realized she gave me chick chicken. I requested that I get rotisserie chicken and instead of a new sandwich she pretended to remove the chicken and left most of it and the sandwich had clumps of meat and clumps of veggie and cheese. Nothing was with every bite. I will not be back. If an establishment care more about using cheaper product and cheaper training, I don’t want to support it. It’s cutting corners and it is also against the advertised sandwich styles. Don’t advertise rotisserie chicken for a sandwich if you’re too cheap to provide it.

Pretty poor experience today. Employee working the counter said she made a mistake ringing up the sandwich, then charged $4 extra to add ham to a sandwich. Surprise $18 for a subway sandwich flat bread or not. Went back in to ask her to explain, was told sorry the owners setup the pricing, which I find hard to believe for a few extra cold cuts of ham. Beware when they make a mistake they dont try to fix it.
