After getting too busy at work to go in and pick up the sandwich I ordered earlier in the day, I called the store to explain and let them know they could throw it away as it had been many hours since ordering. Their staff was gracious enough to offer to remake the sandwich fresh for me another time at no extra cost when they had done nothing wrong. If you have a big event coming up (graduations, reunions, sporting events, etc.) I highly recommend Subway on 164th! Gani and his crew were a delight to work with on a catering order we had this past weekend. I had questions so I went in store to order, instead of ordering online.
