These guys really impressed me . They were genuine instead of teanagers awkwardly passing time. These guys must have a stake in the store they didnt hurry but made everything good. At the end I asked for a piece of meat for my little dog waiting in the truck and happily made a snack pack for a st Bernard . I must admit I helped my Chihuahua finish. Great job guys !

Ordered the Philly Steak which was supposed to come with double cheese. The entire sandwich had maybe 2 little pieces. It was pepper jack and couldn't taste it at all.

The issue here is service. It’s slow and they didn’t even make an online order within a reasonable time because the bread wasn’t ready. 1. You are a subway 2. Use a different bread? Or ask if you can? They looked at me like I was crazy when I said just use a different bread. Just skip if you are looking for reasonable service.

I have mixed feelings about this one. There have been times we've had great service, and times we've had terrible service. My biggest complaint was one night we arrived ten minutes before closing, which I understand is not ideal, but there were people at the tables eating, and we were just grabbing a quick sandwich. The open sign was lit up, but after we walked inside the two male workers in the back yelled that they were closed. We looked at the open sign again, the closing time, the two groups of people eating, and were again yelled at from the back that they were closed. Very rude. One of the workers very well could've walked out and told us they were closed instead of creating such a scene in front of their other customers by repeatedly yelling at my daughter and I from the back room. Beyond unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

Me and 3 other cars waiting for 15 plus minutes as it says on the sign and door that it opens at 8:30 someone in adidas walked in at 8:35 unlocked the door and said they were still closed - DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 8:45

We live in the fairwood area and really dislike the 2 subways up there (either dirty or rude service). We always come down to this one as they are super friendly and the food is great!
