Ordered delivery. I am basically eating bread. Who ever did the portion sizes on this is actually insane. I ordered lettuce and there's a sprinkle of that, no extra jalapenos and on top of that they were out of virtually everything good. I wanted to pick another Subway but delivery would not let me choose anywhere else.

Ordered the footlong “The Boss” sandwich
Normally it comes with 4 meatballs in each 6 inch. But I only got 3 meatballs in each half and there was missing cheese. The bread is also skinnier than the other locations. You can see in the photo I barely got any lettuce, no cheese, missing meatballs. They definitely skimped out on my sandwich. Don’t think I’ll try them out again unfortunately. Paid $25 with a zero dollar delivery fee, not including dasher tip. I’ll stick with the downtown Kent location.

The bread had to be from the morning they all were very dry and hard. We got 3 foot longs and a 6 inch. It was 92 degrees in the store. The guy didn't know how to turn it down.

Absolute trash! Cleanliness is -100/5 due to the young man having his phone on the actual food countertop. Next, I walk in as a paying customer, but he couldn't pause to acknowledge an in person order versus a competing virtual order (in person queue times matter). Finally, these are the questionable businesses.that will continue to take our money if we let them... keep the filth, I can eat elsewhere!

Many problems with the worker, he didn’t know how to work the machine when we needed to use a gift card, he simply didn’t know how to work the cash register. Also, the key to the bathroom isn’t nearly the right key?? What was supposed to be quick trip turned into almost an hour long trip.

Placed an online order 45 minutes ago for one simple sandwich. Show up at the time it said the order would be done and not only was it not started yet but she took TWO other orders before she even looked at mine

The owner doesn't accept coupons but they prefer to don't tell you and cancel your order last minute what I think it's very dishonest and disrespectful because if you made an order online with coupons they wait to cancel until you're there and they tell you it was the system when I clearly saw when they cancelled my order 3 times and made me lose time.
