Such nice people working here and the $160 we spent on take out was worth it and SOOOOO GOOD! sushi was fresh and they actually gave us extra wasabi like we asked and didn’t act like extra sauce was the difference between them having or losing their job lol i’ve been coming here for years and it really is the best sushi spot in renton 🙂

We have been going to sushi cafe in renton for years, it got us through covid when we couldn't go to restaurants and after they changed their menu we stopped for a little while. We have been coming back pretty regularly for about a year now and the good had been good up until today. We got our normal orders however the food was incredibly spicy, so bad that we couldn't eat it. We've never had this issue before and they don't ask for spice level so I was not aware they had made this change. The Ichiro roll which is normally my favorite had so much wasabi in it that I could not breath and the yakisoba was inedible for us. Please keep your recipes the same or ask people if it's OK to make their food super spicy.

I drove around during my lunch break yesterday and decided to give this place a try. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the sashimi set, which came with complimentary miso soup, I believe. The portion was more than enough for me. Everything was fresh and delicious—I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Family-ran business that employs local kids from their schools that their children attended. I'm a simple sushi guy. They make a lot of exotic rolls, but I like simple tuna, tuna and avocado, or salmon and cream cheese. I start most meals with an order of saba (mackerel). They know how to select the right fish and prepare it properly. If done wrong it is very fishy, but done correctly it is fabulous.

The food here is fantastic. I eat tons of sushi, almost every single day. Often multiple times per day. So when I go out to get sushi I really want something that's special. This is a great spot to get some really delicious and unique rolls that are delicious and well balanced. The staff is really friendly and provides great service. Can't recommend sushi cafe enough.
The worst yakisoba I have ever tried. It tasted like burnt sesame oil. There was next to no chicken/vegetable's in the yakisoba. The rolls I ordered were so loose they fell apart when I tried to pick them up.

We ordered the Caterpillar and Big Fish rolls, and both were not only delicious but also beautifully decorated. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The wait time was reasonable, and both the servers and chefs were friendly and welcoming—it was nice to see everyone smiling. They also offer a large variety of sushi options to suit different tastes. I didn’t notice anything negative during our visit. Definitely recommend this place for sushi lovers!
