Went there today at 12:30 and they charged me $22 for the wrong order and still charged me $11 more so they could fix it. They had no idea what they were doing and my order was still wrong. They completely refused to fix it and were completely rude about it. Just be ready to get this kind of service at this location.

I will not be coming back here. I used to order the same thing every time. The build your own luxe for 8.99 or maybe little over. Either way, this was a good deal. Apparently this franchise decided to do away with it, because ya know, it was a good deal and didn’t rip people off. Not anymore. They removed and it and I will not be eating here. I will take my business down the road. See pics for what this Rainer store offers and another Taco Bell down the way offers.

I saw a worker not wearing gloves. She took fries from an online delivery box, ate some with her bare hands, then put the fries back and closed the box. This happened on November 19, 2025, between 4:30 and 4:38 PM. The owner needs to check the cameras.

Actually had a good visit which I didn't expect. Typically they do not do as well as they did yesterday so that was a pleasant surprise. My food was done very quickly and it was made well and they were friendly so no complaints

The customer service was very helpful. They are switching over to kiosks and this friendly young man came right over and showed my wife how to order and then asked her to pick a free item. The place was clean and the workers were friendly.
I’ve been going to this location for almost a year and they‘ve literally never had the Baja Blast Freeze available despite it being on the menu. They always say the machine is broken but I’ve looked through the drive-thru window at it and it looked fine (no red lights, no weird color, nothing). It’s the most signature item Taco Bell has actually kept and it drives me up the wall.

Used to come here all the time. Now I won't. They told me someone else picked up my order. Told me it was my problem, to cancel it and deal with it my my end. I asked them to give me my food and they left me waiting outside and never came back. Horrible experience. I will never go back here.
