I was having a hard time in the drive-thru navigating through the Taco Bell app the woman who was working the drive-thru told me to come up and she would help me she tried her hardest to get my app to cooperate she was very helpful and very kind went above and beyond

More like Live Menos! We have ordered from this location multiple times, and the order is ALWAYS incorrect. We are consistently missing drinks and items from our orders, and have to file reports to get our money back. Will never be ordering delivery from them again.

The complaint is about Maria. She is the worst customer service ever. She’s literally throwing people out like she doesn’t want customers to come in and buy food. That’s how rude she is. She needs to get fired.

It's always open late with hardly anyone in the drive-thru but there are always to many cars in parking lot that they share with a 7-Eleven which is always busy and always has a bunch of homeless hanging out there

🔥🔥🔥 they always hook it up fast when i make a custom order online. Never slow service, never skimping out on the ingredients, and always met with a friendly attitude. Only thing that kind of sucks is the area its in has a bunch of shady people around.

Used to love the place but now they get into trying to do double the sour cream he said no thank you regular sour cream and then you get no sour cream but get charged for sour cream but that's because they're getting into the scam of double sour cream you don't want any sour cream, didn't want double sour cream You can have regular sour cream the technology is out there

Gone are the days of being able to order your food from a person. They absolutely want you to use their kiosks if you walk in.

Waiting for 40 minutes at 2 am for my meal that I didn’t end up getting… I ordered on the app and I told the cashier that, asked her if she can put my order thru and she said “okay” I used to work in restaraunts and expo so I don’t have bad eye sight. My order never got put thru on the screen, and at the end of my 40 minutes there I asked if she put it thru yet, and she said “no sorry we are really busy right now.” There were six orders on the screen. If you’re employees cant stay up til 4 closing, please put ur closing times as 2 instead of 3 am. So people can actually eat
