Not sure what is going on at this place but I see several employees wearing masks and can hear coughing in the kitchen. Doesn't sound like proper food handling etiquette. I'll definitely not be coming back here if I go to Taco time ever again.

Worst Taco Time I have ever eaten. Everything is dried out, the rice is hard, and every time we order from them, our order is missing multiple items. Tonight, 2 people ended up with only sides for dinner... AGAIN. Done with this location.

They told me I have to ask them for my mobile order, but at all other taco time locations they put it at the pickup area. How would a waiting customer know that without a sign indicating that?

When we walked in, crew member Patrick was at the counter. He looked at us and immediately turned away. We waited for a couple of minutes, then noticed the ordering kiosk. As we started to enter our order in the kiosk, a White man walked into the restaurant. Patrick immediately came back, greeted the man, and took his order, asking if he'd like any extras like hot sauce, etc. We canceled the kiosk order and got in line again behind the man who was being served. After Patrick gave him his number for the table, he turned away again and we asked if he would help us. He said, "Oh, you don't want to use the kiosk?" We replied that it was easier to give him the order. He clearly didn't want to help us (I'm a Black woman and my husband is White, so clearly I was his issue). After he took our order, I asked if we could have hot sauce since he didn't offer anything. After that, we noticed him turn away from other people of color who entered the store. We are visiting Seattle after moving away 11 years ago, and this visit reinforced that we made the right decision. Discrimination is ridiculous and is a very bad look, Taco Time.

I didn't know the crispy chicken burritos were as good as they were; then add the habanero sauce for dipping and you've changed lives.

It Said on the door the dining room opened at 11AM. I waited until 11:15 and they still hadn't opened. I finally went somewhere else to eat. If they're not going to be open at the times they have posted on the door they won't have my business

The best tacos in the Pacific Northwest! Eco conscious. Everything is fresh. Every utensil, napkin and plate is recycled.

No ma’am! Food was ice cold very bland and unseasoned! The only thing that saved this spot for me was the friendliness of the staff!
