I try taco trucks from around the state while I travel for work. This place has no buzzer system to know when your food is ready So I had to keep getting out of the car and walking in front of the truck to see if my food was done.
Food was way below par. Had asada tacos with a Birilla taco. Steak had no flavor and was cut into huge chunks for a little taco. Very hard to chew as it seemed the meat was overcooked. The tacos rancheros had little to no flavor. The rice and beans were good... When I asked for green sauce, they only gave me two and I asked for more she said she was out. I asked if I could pay for more and she did not accommodate whatsoever. They're green sauce was probably the spiciest green sauce I've had out of all the trucks I've tried. The green sauce is supposed to be mild.
They were also very expensive in comparison to other trucks.

Very sweet and patient youg lady taking orders. She may be cooking too. Very reasonable pricing. The quesabirra is seriously delicious, the sauce is soooo flavorful. Wil absolutely be a regular customer starting today!

These tacos are amazing. I’ve also ordered the enchiladas— which are also amazing, but be prepared to wait a bit longer than you might expect. Tacos and a horchata were perfect today. My kids loved the fries and chicken wings. Win for everyone.
