They sell the best handmade quesadillas I have ever had in my life. That's a tall order. I'm Mexican and I'm super critical. Hands down the best in Washington. All of their meet is good. The quesadillas are filled w a ton of meat. It's an exquisite culinary experience. Plus their salsas are delicious.

Order 1 carnitas burrito. Wait 10 minutes, open it up and it is served on a dry whole wheat tortilla.. no heads up about the substitution or I wouldn't have even ordered.Bring it back .. told "oh, we did that because we haven't opened our order of regular tortillas". SO, JUST PLAIN LAZY and gonna serve the wrong item to customers.They remake it yet again, wait another 10 mins. Open it up and now a $14 burrito they remake with just rice, beans, meat, cheese. It's missing all other ingredients -pico, cilantro, sour cream, lettuce.Such a joke. 1st time going there and won't go back to these lazy overpriced people.

No place is worth 5 stars in my opinion. This place is great though! I've gotten the carne asada burrito at least 10 times now and I've always been super satisfied. I've never had a bad experience with this food truck either. Might have to try the Quesabirria next, I've heard its good :

THE LADY TAKES HER TIME BUTTTTT the food is AMAZING!! BIRRIA TACOS ARE A GO and the maiz quesadillas are really good, and there's a nearby park to park at if u don't like the little parking lot they are
