Taco Tuesday… save $$$ on Tuesday.
Mexican cuisine in Seattle-Metro will never compete with Mexican Cuisine in California. But as far as food trucks go in Seattle-Metro, this one here is doing a fine job.
Larger than avg serving size (which means almost average in Cali) fresh sauce and veggie, quick efficient and season very well.
If you are in Renton area, go here for your burrito fix!

It's a food truck, with two picnic tables. Staff was friendly and fast, the food was delicious.
Burrito was covered in oil I had dry the burrito off and it was salty on top of that
This place is THE BEST. I often drive way out of my to come specifically to this truck because they really are that good. Don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty of other trucks in my area too. I also want to say whomever was cooking today is the absolute best of the best. This truck never fails but once in a while it manages to surpass itself and this afternoons chef absolutely did!! Carne asada tacos were perfection, they had that nice extra crisp on them.
This place never misses. I usually order over the phone. 4 carne asada with everything on crispy tortillas! Their salsas are great and the service is always friendly. Highly recommend for Mexican tacos.
