Obviously changes management. I have been going for years and would order no rice and no salad and sub veggies. The gal said they don't do that now. I left without ordering. I went to another teriyaki place a couple blocks away and got better chicken and better service. This is the way not to treat loyal customers. Good luck. Ono Teriyaki has my business now.

I ordered a spicey chicken from there and ordered it for dine in. She delivered it to me in a plastic container and said oh I made it for to go. Instead of just fixing it they made it seem inconvenient to fix. After I had already paid and gave a tip. What a waste!
This alone does not deserve a bad review, but the food tastes like it sat above a grease fire for 10 minutes as all I taste is that gross greasy smoke flavor.
I suggest to avoid this place.

This has got to be the best shrimp fried rice I have had in a long time.. everything is so fresh and tasty idk what black magic they used to make it but it depresses me that I do not live nearby.. and their prices are humble!!

If I could give negative stars for customer service I would. We ordered two orders of Terriyaki chicken and was only given chicken. No sauce. Took it home to open it up only to be disappointed. I called in and the lady argued with me on the phone about it instead of providing a solution. At the very end she said " what do you expect me to do " I'm dumbfounded. Waste of $40

Was a frequent customer here but after 4/30/24 I will no longer come here and I will make sure I tell my friends too I had a freshly $50 from the bank cashier told me it was fake to go buy somewhere else will need to find a better spot now
