Unfortunately, our experience this Sunday afternoon was disappointing due to the behavior of staff members working during that shift. Our group of six included individuals with a language barrier, and rather than providing assistance, the barista was noticeably rude and dismissive. At one point, she handed over a drink abruptly almost spilling it on our acquaintances shirt and instead of calling out a name or labeling it, she shouted, “Don’t drink that — it’s not yours,” which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Additionally, the condition of the seating area was poor — tables were dirty, and it didn’t seem like staff were making efforts to clean up between guests. Staff members appeared disengaged, laughing among themselves rather than focusing on customer service.
We hope this feedback is helpful and encourages steps toward improving both cleanliness and customer interactions.

The WORST cafe I’ve ever met!!! Totally ruined my vacation mood. The server gave me cold food after heated, and when I ran into them for reheating, the server told me that they could not reheat because the food was eaten. How come that I know that the food is not ready without eating it??! It is so ridiculous, especially with the face without any guilty. Would not come again.

When I came to get a coffee, the cashier decided to go rude to me out of nowhere. I asked where I could get my coffee and that's all.

I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews. The cafe is clean, super cute with a gift shop and it had a decent amount of seating. The staff were friendly and I really enjoyed my Caramel Macchiato. I didn’t try the food today, but everything looked good. Overall, it was a great experience.

I like to come here for black coffee with maybe a few pumps of syrup and their mac and cheese. Sometimes I’ll grab a bagel with cream cheese, then walk down to the water to relax. We’re located nearby and it’s nice having a cute coffee shop that offers light breakfast options and also has desserts and other snacks to grab in the fridges. Since it’s connected to a hotel, the prices are a bit steeper than your average cafe, but for the convenience I can’t complain.

They were unable to support a dietary restriction to dairy. The coffee was good though.

I had the pleasure of officiating a wedding here over the weekend and from valet to the front desk woman who helped me on my way out the staff was incredible. The venue was beautiful and welcoming and the view 🤩

Went to Water's Table for my birthday. Got spoiled from the whole staff but especially Nicole S. Thank you for making my day special!

Really the pits. I don't care how hungry you are, eat anywhere else you can. The burger and fries tasted like they'd been in the freezer for a year. Like a weird 1.5 inch thick Big Mac patty. Flavorless and rubbery. No sauce on it. One of the worst burgers I've ever had. I didn't finish it. I am not a picky man; this is probably an unprecedented occurrence. The employees seemed demoralized, and for good reason. This is a sad, desperate place.

The leek and cheese pastry was old, eggy and unpleasant to eat. I believe it made me sick. The food here is very overpriced for the quality, and not fresh. Glad that they have a few veggie options.

This hotel caters to its ballroom, which means if you’re there for a wedding, dance, or conference, you will have a very different experiment than we did. We picked it because of the 15 minute travel time for the airport due to an early flight, and we’re subjected to the noise of midnight fireworks for those wedding guests—and the roar of party guests arriving back at the dock after—leading to very little sleep before we left early the next morning. The front desk staff were rude, and overall this is just a sad Renton hotel with aspirations to be more. A very fancy lobby doesn’t make up for a lack of soundproofed rooms, the kind you find in a two-star hotel, not a place charging $500 a night. Avoid if you like to actually sleep in your hotels.

The proximity of this hotel to the airport is a huge plus - but it doesn’t have the ‘airport row’ feel which is an even bigger bonus. We chose it for its proximity to SeaTac but also for its location on the water and near I5 and the 405. This is a busy place especially on the weekends. During our stay two large weddings took place (made for great people watching). Parking is very close by and easy but there is also a valet. We dined at the hotel one night and it was good…..not great but good. The bar is lively and on a pretty day the view just cannot be beat. Housekeeping is great when it’s on point - but the first day we returned to our room at 4 to find it hadn’t been touched. A housekeeper was down the hall but told us we had to call to request service — wish that had been made clear at check in because it certainly was never mentioned. If in the area again we would stay at this property again for the view and the location.
