This place is SO FRUSTRATING. I asked my husband to grab me a pizza on way home, he went another way and stopped in at this location instead of Covington. THIS LOCATION has never gotten it right. I asked for a bat outa hell personal pizza, I got a dry pizza with chicken, cheese and spinach? Where’s all the other toppings? This location has messed up ANY order I’ve gotten each time I’ve been there or ordered for pick up. If you do get anything from them, check your order. This used to be a great locations, years ago but I will not bring clients or friends to this location ever again!

I have never had a worse pizza in my life. No seasoning, so salt absolutely bland. Took forever to make, artificial cheese. Never go there

I almost do not like to give out 5 Star reviews....... but they've done it...even in a very crowded area at peak lunch hour...... the service and food were remarkable and the atmosphere at the Rock is always a pretty cool place to be...!!

-Placed an online order at 1pm for 5:15pm pickup (in Renton with confirmation), BUT then received another email at 4:59pm while sitting in traffic on the way there, that my order was cancelled due to a technical glitch.-Credit card was refunded, but a $15 credit from a prior big group order for work disappeared. And of course, I need to talk to the branch location about it.-Finally got through to the branch at 5:30 and they did offer to remake the order to be "hopefully" be ready by 6, but that was 45 min too late, and I would need to check with website people about the credit.Result: no food (hangry family), lost $15 credit, and wasted time calling and driving - Has this happened to anyone else??-I would avoid this place for work or time sensitive orders if you want to avoid hassle.

The only thing really holding me back from giving a higher rating is the price of the food here. I don't feel like I got a fair value of food compared to what I spent. I spent over $60 for one meal and what did I get? A single appetizer, a tiny pizza, and 3 small drinks (non alcoholic). My appetizer was as big as my pizza! I compare that to what I get at other wood fire pizza joints and for just $40 more than what I spent at the rock I can get enough food to feed 8-9 people. That's 3 huge pizzas and 2 appetizers. To do the same at the rock I think I'd have to spend close to $200. The food was good, just in this economy I don't think I can justify going back.....

Very disappointing experience today. I took my family and friends there for pizza and their "microbrews" but after ordering one IPA pitcher for 4 adults, the manager said we couldn't order another pitcher of IPA due to their policy. They said we could order by the glass but when i tried ordering 22 oz for each adults, they said we couldn't do it either. If we can't even do that, why advertise for the microbrews? What a weird experience and the manager totally lacked empathy. I never write reviews but I was compelled to do this today since my whole family was disappointed. Post that policy in your menu!!

Bad experience with manager there. They say they have own policy where they can’t serve a pitcher of one ipa while they serve other types.Where is this policy written? We felt completely unwelcome there after this. Also I think are trying to make us buy individual 16oz to charge us moreBtw 1 pitcher = about 4 glassesWe had 6 people that would be drinking. 2 kids. 2 designated drivers.

The manager denied us another pitcher of IPA (first time ever, no other restaurant has done this to us) after ordering first one.We are group of 12 With designated driver.Their reasoning was that ipa has a high alcohol content but when we asked the manger where this was (written) in their policy, she said it’s what the store decides. We also asked the manger what the ipa alcohol content and she did not knew. The manager was not empathetic, which should be manager 101.Our waitress was good. She is only 19.
