When this restaurant first opened we went there all the time, there food and service was great. Then it started to decline each time. We noticed to restaurant rating was OKAY - first warning. The last two times we've ordered take out they over stuff the bags, we usually get three meals and one side dish/egg rolls etc. They stuff it all into one bag and the boxes of food lean over and spill all their sauce. Last night we ordered two servings of Pho, one General Tso's and spring rolls. When I got there to pick it up I noticed it was all in one bag stuff again..I got home and went to unload the bag of food and all the sauce from the general Tso's had dripped all over everything else (it was on top) and now all our food tasted like general tso's. I called in and was offered 20% off our next meal there or I could bring the food back for a refund...they couldn't figure out how to credit my card which I used to pay for the meal - very frustrating. We won't be going back to this restaurant, instead we'll go across the street to other restaurants.
