Time and money wasted, so disgusted with the condition of my food, and the service what is happening with Wendy's can't eat this garbage just nasty. The lettuce was so far gone it was turning brown, yellow, and had a little bit of green left, who would put something so disgusting on someones burger unless it was done purposely it actually looks as if it sat out for hours. I'm almost certain I would have gotten sick food poisoning or something if I would have eaten it, thank God I waited till I got home, also the girl giving my food was so unsanitary placed my change on top of my drink I had her change the lid out. I'm definitely done with Wendy's had something similar happen at the Seattle Wendy's on Rainer food was pretty bad haven't been back there since had to make it a habit to check the inside of my sandwiches prior to eating. I'm done with going through this crap no more period can't trust anyone anymore so sad just a waste of time, gas and money I had to throw the food away. Never again lesson learned! So sad used to be my favorite spot.

Vegetarian options: Yes your crews need extensive training, this makes 2 locations I've had some horrible experiences with I'm never going back to any Wendy's and I plan on letting everyone know to check their food carefully prior to eating I'm thinking this was done purposely after thinking about it te girl got bothered and was away for a few minutes then returned with my food usually they don't go get the food especially after handling cash I just recalled that really need to retrain the crews, the cashier should not be handling people's food after touching money and placing change on top of people's drinks, just a little common sense. Lastly you treat peopleblike you want to be treated you wouldn't put that crap on your own burger let alone serve a burger that is so disgusting I took pictures of it and I want someone to see this nasty mess they are serving people. Retraining is greatly needed from the front to the back they are going to get a lot of people sick with the unsanitary conditions serving bad food that is only good for the trash and mixing money and food = passing viruses cashier's have no business packaging/preparing food unless they have washed their hands and or put on new gloves and the girl didn't do either wash her hands r change her gloves she needs serious help I keep saying it because I'm still in shock and hungry.

They did not uphold free any size fry Fridays. I made a purchase and she states it no larger than medium. We'll I ordered a large and received a medium. The computer didn't recognize it as i added it to the virtual qr code in the app. Disappointed.

The fry machine was down so they offered to sub a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. But when I got home the sandwich was missing the egg and cheese. Always stop to check your order here.

On front door, it says it opens until 8pm on Christmas eve, but it closes at 6pm. I asked an employee why i couldn’t open the door (didnt know store was closed), but he jut ignored me. Several customers were still inside the store and they seemed not care and were just eating their food (I was trying to ask them why i couldn’t open the door)

They charged me for the wrong order and knew their mistake and tried hiding it by not handing me over my Receipt. I paid 3x the price of my original order. I tried calling and they ignored the calls right after I left the drive thru. I doubt they will refund me

It’s fast food. I don’t really like this varietal of sustenance. I come here for the noble frosty. I was advertised on tv and even the menu, the majestic salted caramel frosty. We trekked from many blocks away only to be disappointed. Apparently this Wendy’s decided they no longer wanted to serve this delicacy. So we had to settle. Vanilla, the trusty steed, did their job although she shouldn’t have had to 😒

I love Wendy’s, they are my favorite chain. BUT they discontinued the sawesome sauce. WTH Wendy’s. That’s like all of a sudden there’s NO MAYO ON PLANET EARTH. I really loved that sauce. 🥺

A man came inside to eat Wendys food with his dog. He got kicked out because it's prohibited to have animals inside. It was raining hard outside and the man was walking outside with his poor dog in the cold.
