Customer service is horrible here. Girl at the register looks like she dislikes her job. She has her hoodie on while working. And is just rude to the max.train these young folks better. They lack certain skills in customer service.

Long lines at those busy weekend dinner hours but this is probably the only Wendy’s in the area that serves actually carbonated soda not watered down flat stuff haha the staff were friendly too, despite being in the middle of a rush of orders and the food was hot and tasty!

Great quality food for being a fast food restaurant. I had several coupons I wanted to use, and the lady who took my order made sure I could use all of them! Bless her heart. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to save me a little money. ☺️My bf & I got 2 Dave's singles, fries, and two chocolate frostys, which were AMAZING, as always!!!! I will definitely be going to Wendy's more often.

The person taking orders and delivering them at the window, i believe it was the manager, an older man. He was not friendly or thankful. No greetings or thanks for coming by. Kinda rude and made us feel like we were just a $ sign.

Their prices are wrong by almost a full dollar on my burger vs what's on the sign, and they didn't give me a receipt at the end to see what they actually charged, so i feel sketched out :/

Y'all some of the most "can't be bothered" type of workers! Not a drop of customer service. Rude and pushy at drive through. I seen more backs in the window than faces. Customer interaction was crass to say the least. Ending on a positive note, food came out very quickly. Drink tasted great and the food was decent.

When I saw this place was 1.5 stars on Yelp, I figured people must be exaggerating - but the food was egregious. Bacon was extremely overdone, and fries and nuggets both tasted heavily of fry oil. This commonly happens if the fryer is not high enough temp, but is not something I’ve ever experienced at a (multi million dollar) fast food franchise. Yikes! I like Wendy’s but will have to only purchase it elsewhere, when I am out of town. Staff was not necessarily friendly either.
