I’ve been waiting for my order for over 30 minutes. Then they told me they messed it up and said they would remake it. Another 10 minutes passed, and I still haven’t received my food. No apology, no explanation, just waiting. Very disappointing service.

I hadn't ever been in before but I will say their worker Josh was so patient and helpful with letting me make my selections. I went for the Hot Honey sauce as he recommended, and I was definitely not disappointed! The place was clean and welcoming, food was good and employee was attentive and polite. 5/5 for my experience today.

Carlmella greeted me when I walked in and was so pleasant and welcoming! She was helpful in helping pick seasoning and upsold me on a brownie. Also, super nice as I left.
While I waited there was also an interview happening. The manager was super informative with the interviewee about the process which also left me impressed.
Staff here seems super happy and really helped make a fast food experience welcoming and non transactional.

I placed a take out order of 30 wings, fry’s and veggies. I arrived 7 minutes after my confirmation email suggested I arrive to learn these children who are laughing and giggling became confused about my order or just decided not to notice it. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and garbage service. I should have absolutely given credit for a meal I had to wait an extended period of time for.

They gave us the bottom of the bucket fries and got my order wrong cause i ordered a habanero sandy but they gave me a lemon pepper and took hella long with my food
Can’t speak English, ordered honey bbq crispy strips and they gave me no sauce just spicy wings with a ridiculous amount of spice on it. Absolute joke of an establishment

The door won’t open easily and there’s no sign about the issue what so ever. The workers will literally laugh at customers struggling to open the door instead of telling to pull harder or offer assistance.
