I just had the most amazing experience having lunch at 18 North! Each of us at the table ordered a different chicken sandwich and the chicken was perfection!
The fixins were outrageously delicious.
I shouldn’t be so surprised because everything served there is made from scratch, and freshly made to order. But I usually order their vegetarian fare, which they excel at, but adding some protein to my diet just felt right today. I loved it!!

18 North is our go-to restaurant in the cute little town of Republic, WA! The food is great, atmosphere charming, and staff is always friendly and super kind! Our first time eating there was two summers ago, when we took my mother-and-father-in law out to eat. They had traveled many hours to visit us at our new home in a neighboring town and it was great to sit back and relax in such a great restaurant.
