An ABSOLUTE MUST-STOP if you're in the area. Near a fossil dog site and a national forest, so there are things to do about.. but imo Fat Guys is an attraction all on its own! The food was PHENOMENAL, the best we have had in Washington. The servings are insane (they ain't lying about the name) and we barely ate a quarter of our food - so thrilled about the delish leftovers we have to look forward to.
Can't wait to go back and try something else!

First time trying this food truck and it was amazing! Large menu offers something for everyone! Big rich burgers! Large portions of sweet potato fries! Next time my family travels through Republic we will stop here again!

Pricey pulled pork sandwich ($20 alone, grand total), but worth the cost... if I would've arrived here sooner; coming here on a weekday lunch break made me hurry back to my jobsite, and scarf down my food faster than I would've wanted to, otherwise.
