Great service, and great food.
I cannot say more about their a my amazing Cobb salad! It was big (2 meals) and had every single thing perfect. THEY DO NOT SCRIMP. The ingredients were delicious and abundant. it was perfectly chopped so every bite was a delicious experience. I am just an anonymous customer but felt people need to know about their food...Thank you Knotty Pine, Republic WA

The Knotty Pine Restaurant & Lounge offers phenomenal food with large servings and a clean environment. With a bar atmosphere and a recently remodeled dining area, it's a great stop in Republic. The service is friendly, and the portions are generous, ensuring you won't leave hungry. The restaurant is great on the inside and isn’t cramped up. The wait staff were great, and it took no time to get a table and get orders in. Even when busy, the food comes quickly.
Be sure to explore both dining sections, and if it's busy, consider pre-ordering. Whether for dinner or breakfast, it's a must-visit spot in the area. Try the Reuben with jelly and an egg for a sweet and savory treat, or enjoy perfectly cooked breakfast plates like eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Burgers, like the bacon cheeseburger or mushroom Swiss burger, are also fantastic. The chicken fettuccini can be strong on garlic, but the staff takes feedback seriously and offers excellent customer service.
