Don't go inside thinking you'll get fast service. You will be prioritized LAST over Drive-Thru and Delivery Apps. We watched 8 cars & 2 delivery drivers (one of which TWICE) come and go before our order was ready. My wife's Cold Chocolate Milkshake was only a cool chocolate milk by the time our order was finished.
Our order was only two combos. Mine was supposed to be no lettuce and no onion. So watching my wife eat while they remade it after ALREADY waiting so long just left me questioning any potential return visit. The only positive (other than the food, which was great) was Jakobi. I could tell he was disappointed I was unhappy and he did what he could to placate me.

Every time I visit this establishment, I encounter some issue. The final straw was when they instructed me to pull around for fries and then had to call and ask where my food was. After calling, I sat and waited for a few more minutes because by then, it had been ten minutes, and I assumed it should be ready by now. When I went inside, I found that there was no food. The dude/bro idiot behind the counter smiled and informed me that they were very busy. As if I was being impatient! What a joke.
It’s unfortunate that no one seems to take pride in their work or do their job correctly anymore. Do better.

Unique experience - I used the drive-thru for lunch, and they asked me to pull around and park and they’ll bring my food out to me. However, it took so long, that by the time I got my food, not only did I forget what I ordered, but I had already moved on to what sounded good for dinner. The food was cold as if it was just sitting inside all that time.
I see the owner responds to all of these reviews and apologies, but buddy, you gotta use the feedback you get and actually CHANGE things! Otherwise, you just look insincere and don’t really give a crap because fool after fool keeps coming to you no knowing what they have done.

Super slow. Tried to get food but while sitting in the parking lot for 20mins I started reading these reviews and decided to go in and get a refund instead. Thanks y'all. This one is to be avoided.

I'd give no stars if possible. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a burger and fries. After paying, the guy asked if I could park in the parking lot, no cars behind me, and just a few people in the lobby. I said, "No, I'll just wait right here. There's no one behind me, then he got a serious attitude with me, and all the employees walked by the window mad dogging me.
The reason why they want you to pull out of the drive thru is because it makes it look like they serve food faster than they do, DO NOT PULL FOWARD. This is fast food. They should thrive harder to be more efficient, not cheat the time by making you move. He was more worried about arguing with me than making my food. I got a refund and when else where, i felt that it wasnt worth spending my money thereand also felt, that if i did get my food, it would have been messed with and wasnt going to eat it anyhow.
It is absolutely rude to argue with the customer.
In previous visits,thee food has sucked too, always cold and the prices are higher than I paid down the street.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION.

I have ordered through door dash the last two days and they screwed up my ordered both days, on the same item. I don't understand how fast food workers think they need to make over $20 and hour when they can't even read instructions/orders properly. And to mess up the same items both days is absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't have a sick kid at home I would've 100% driven down there and had them correct it but I don't have the option to leave. So good on yall, I guess 🤘🏻

Order it for dine in, order was bought out to in to go bags .

I ordered a chili cheese dog and they served the 6 customers who ordered chickem buckets behind me. How do you wait 30 mins for a chili cheese dog? This is PATHETIC! And they Still got the order wrong and put onions on my chili dog. Microwave yourseldf hot dog or cook yourself a burger. They ignore you for the KFC menu!

UPDATE: Management answered my review and there has been Root Beer available every visit, even on free root beer float day!!Love the Tuesday Papa burger deal and drive thru nearly every week but the last four times they have been out of root beer for the night. Staff is friendly and apologized but maybe extra root beer should be made on Tuesday considering the special includes a drink

Went tonight to get dinner to go for 5 people. The lobby was closed. A fourth of the parking lot was iced over like they might have had a water issue. I waited a good 15+ minutes for my order, which is fine considering. They forgot part of the order but returned promptly with it. 5 minute drive home and all the food was cold as if it had been refrigerated. I was confused as I had waited 15+ minutes so I assumed they were cooking it but clearly not. I did call and say something. Whoever I talked with said I could bring it back and they would cook it fresh as it had probably been sitting there for awhile…. told me all I needed to know. Won’t be going back and sure didn’t want to return to do it all over again.
