“Always stop by Wake Up Call for my early morning coffee. They are great for many reasons. First, I love the unique menu at this coffee shop. Second, the baristas are all friendly and nice. Finally, they are the fastest coffee line I have sat in. I won't mention another coffee place, but they take at least twice as long to make drinks. When you are in a rush, this is the best choice.“

“I hope Aaron reads these. I don't believe in giving bad reviews unless they're really truly earned. Your staff demonstrated nice and efficient customer service to the drive-thru and in-store customers. As an Uber Eats person i was acknowledged and then ignored. All new orders placed after i arrived were processed before they suddenly remembered me. Not joking...store and drive thru were empty when they discovered i was still there. 10 minutes later. Not getting paid any extra for the longer wait. Meanwhile the online customer is also waiting longer, and being penalized simply because they can't leave their desk but really wanted your products, enough so to pay delivery fees and a small tip. Please make sure your staff is aware that online offers should be just as important as in person.“

“Wake Up Call Coffee is a fantastic spot with plenty of drink options to choose from! Whether you’re in the mood for coffee, tea, or something a little different, they’ve got you covered. We went through the drive-thru and were impressed by the friendly and efficient service. We ordered a black unsweetened tea and a sugar-free vanilla iced chai tea—both were delicious and refreshing! The menu is broad enough to satisfy any craving, and it’s clear they put care into every order. Highly recommend stopping by for great drinks and great service!“

“Such a cute little place! Stopped in for a cup of coffee, but I was amazed how inviting it looked. Nice and clean with plenty of seating. They also have a nice outdoor area and a garage door that can be opened to the outdoor area for easy seating.“

“Received a gift card, so I figured i would try it out, I don't usually buy things from these types of places, but I must say it was really good. I got a mermaid water, madd hatter. Very good. I will be going back to this one for sure. I want to try a few more things on the menu, plus they have 1$ coffee all day every day, I might start drinking more coffee. “Wow! Everything I ever needed in a barista, Tristan really took care of us; someone give them a raise before they move on to their true calling! If you’re reading this and they’re your barista, please throw them some extra $$$ because I was so low on caffeine I tried to pay twice and neglected to leave a tip (I know, shame on me!). Witty, kind, just the right amount of aloofness and confidence that’ll keep me coming back every time we pass through the area. We ordered off the simple menu which, thankfully, required only a glance. We weren’t upsold any energy products. Drinks came out fast, tasted great, and got us safely home! We’ll ask for a little less sweetener next time, but that was our fault, not theirs. I was shocked to pay only $10 for two people to get caffeinated!“

“We always get nervous trying new coffee places when we’re traveling, and these guys were the nicest surprise. Perfect coffee, friendly employees and super quick service. They even went out of their way to make an off menu frozen hot chocolate for my kiddo, so we’ll definitely be back.“

“I don’t typically stop and get coffee but I’m so glad I did, their work environment was contagious I was greeted in a friendly enthusiastic manner by this short red headed girl whom got the conversation flowing and before I knew it I had my coffee in my hand. “Honestly, the #1 reason I stop by multiple days a week is the team at this location. Serena and Tony are the best. They now know my orders by heart and always have encouraging words to start my morning. They have been there through a new job, family health issues, and just life. No, they are not my "friends," but they are certainly some of the best customer service experts around. I would hire them in heart beat, if I had an opening. Their charm mixed with their coffee skills is truly appreciated.
Anyway, did I mention that the coffee is also really good? I appreciate that Wake Up Call has kept some of the best drinks from the previous companies and capitalized on the elements that made those drinks successful. My favorite drinks are the Horchata and the Rocket (with white coffee). I recommend them and know that they are just as good sugar-free and/or with alternative milk. I love that they find ways to accommodate dietary needs while keeping drinks delicious.
I wholeheartedly recommend Wake Up Call. I especially recommend this location if you want to have a great start to your day or a cheer up.“
