I just went there to get some ice cream and it’s sad to say that the customer service was not good the young man that was working was giving terrible face expressions and never asked us what we wanted we had to ask if we could get what we were getting. He seemed very annoyed at the fact that me and my family were there, he turned his back to us several times as we were telling him our order which is quite ridiculous and disrespectful will never be coming here again!!

We have come here for years and years and the ice cream is great. The service however has gone down hill severely. We stood in line behind a large group for nearly 15 minutes on “Ash Wednesday.” A group came in then who was clearly affiliated with the one ahead of us and started ordering ahead of us without the staff even acknowledging us. Will never return, do better.

We shouldn’t have come to this one. We frequently go to the one on Gage but we went to the Rollarena & I wanted to treat my kids. I bought 2 kids scoops for both of my kids; The kids scoop was so tiny that they both ate it in 4 bites. I got a milkshake that was $5.69 & it wasn’t even filled to the top!! Seriously what?! I’m really disappointed in this Baskin Robbin’s. Totally not worth what I spent :(

this is an awful buisness!!! the place is disgusting and dirty and there is black mold growing on the icecream tubs when you open them .

Excellent customer service. The gentleman working was so kind, provided samples with a smile, and the scoops were not small. Overall great experience, they also have outdoor seating. I recommend paying them a visit?

I have gone here a total of 3 times. My first time, the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream was stale and had a freezer burn taste. I decided to let it slide and give them the benefit of the doubt. The next time I went in I ordered a Oreo cookie cappuccino blast for myself and my colleague. After tasting, my drink was watery with no flavor and my colleague attested the same exact complaint. I called manager to let him know my concerns and he said to come in and he would remake drink. W. To the I got to the store he let me know that I was the only customer who has ever complained about tel he drink and went on and on about how he followed the exact ingredients he does for every drink such as this. After he was finished speaking, I said so how do we fix this? If the drink will be the same and with the same watery ingredients, maybe I should try a different one that tastes better. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a different drink it would cost more. There was definitely a language barrier as he is not from the US. So he ended up making me a ice cream smoothie instead, which he didn’t even fill up to the top of cup. As I was leaving, he says to me “don’t ever order the cappuccino blast again, I wouldn’t recommend since you not like taste.” I walked out of building and tasted my drink and it was stale, milked down and gross. I have been eating at Baskin Robins all my life and never have had this experience. I will not be back to this specific store again after my experiences. The phot below represents my drink after leaving, I literally took 2 sips, but it wasn’t even filled to the top.
