There is only one person that does not even speak English and the other person was in training and would not let me talk to that person. I’ll go somewhere else where they can actually comprehend what I’m asking. Super sad and ridiculous. The person that I was on the phone with would not give me his name or knew how to speak English! This is America, dude!

I just went there to get some ice cream and it’s sad to say that the customer service was not good the young man that was working was giving terrible face expressions and never asked us what we wanted we had to ask if we could get what we were getting. He seemed very annoyed at the fact that me and my family were there, he turned his back to us several times as we were telling him our order which is quite ridiculous and disrespectful will never be coming here again!!

We have come here for years and years and the ice cream is great. The service however has gone down hill severely. We stood in line behind a large group for nearly 15 minutes on “Ash Wednesday.” A group came in then who was clearly affiliated with the one ahead of us and started ordering ahead of us without the staff even acknowledging us. Will never return, do better.

We shouldn’t have come to this one. We frequently go to the one on Gage but we went to the Rollarena & I wanted to treat my kids. I bought 2 kids scoops for both of my kids; The kids scoop was so tiny that they both ate it in 4 bites. I got a milkshake that was $5.69 & it wasn’t even filled to the top!! Seriously what?! I’m really disappointed in this Baskin Robbin’s. Totally not worth what I spent :(
