Made the mistake of ordering from here through Door Dash. Of course, our order was messed up. It's ice cream, so you can't exactly drive it over there and ask for it to be done right. I'll just stick with Dairy Queen. I haven't had a problem with them.

I walked into a baskin robbins after a decade, definitely mesmerized by so many available flavors. It was a summer long weekend so pretty crowded. However the young lady was pretty quick and attentive so we didn’t have to wait much. The scoop quantity was also pretty decent with respect to the price. Overall it was a great experience!

I haven't had Baskin Robbins in a very long time. I was really excited coming here & trying their new ice cream on hand. Super friendly & helpful. They let my little family sample some ice cream & gave us time to let us decide what we wanted. They took their time making our ice cream & making sure we got what we needed before ringing us up. The tables were clean & service was excellent.

Walked in, the older lady sad hi, then she turned her back and continued stocking or what ever they do behind the counter. The younger lady looked at me then turn d around and was fussing with the paper cups on the back counter.I stood there while they ignored me. Then a family of 6 walked in and they turned around and were up to the counter to serve them. All attentive and ready to serve them. How rude!

How humiliating and petty. These kids need customer service training. My 2 young kids wanted to go here for ice cream, they had coupons for a free scoop of ice cream each. We go in, kids order their scoops, we have coupons in our hand the whole time. We go to checkout and the girl rings us up, then her co worker (another young child) leans over and makes a comment that “those coupons are only for kids scoops”, which made the teller uncomfortable like she did something wrong, i told her we didn’t know what the difference is, it just says “free scoop” and that the coupon should be clearer (it doesn’t says “kids size” or “show us coupon ahead of time”, any regular customer service person would have the decency to just let us know what to do next time and be on our way….. these kid employees wanted to beat a dead horse (in front of my children and in front of other customers) which was quite embarrassing and awkward about if I’d like to use the coupons next time and I how much we were going to owe?!! Or if we would rather have them scoop some ice cream out of the scoops (kids already had been handed them) Really?! How ridiculous!!My kids were the ones asking for the ice cream scoops, what the heck you giving the kids adult size scoops without asking anyways to then chastise or make a big deal about it at checkout? Doesn’t make much sense. They legit asked for the ice cream back from any of us that didn’t get “licked already” so they could scoop out part of the scoop. At which point we decided we would leave the ice cream on counter and politely leave, dairy queen is just across street, so that’s where we went and that’s where I’ll be going for ice cream from here on out. How embarrassing for me and my kids. LEARN SOME SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1 oz of ice cream isn’t worth losing a long term customer over. See you at DQ from now on.

Since this is part of a massive chain, a lot of it depends on the staff. When we first walked in, the 3 girls were chatting non stop with their personal stuff going back n forth. That was fine, as we were scoping out the flavors and have not decided yet. Once we made eye contact, the girl that helped us was very friendly. We tasted and settled on the Jamoca almond fudge and almond pistachio. Both were excellent. We had a buy one scoop get one scoop coupon, that made the dessert outing reasonable. Otherwise we feel spending over $4 per scoop is a bit expensive. The single scoop on sugar cone was very generous. We enjoyed our summer treat. We will return on the 31st, when ice cream is 31% off.

Bad employees especially the manager, she is extremely rude, they’re not helpful or quick. They run a gross business where they cross contaminate items that should be nut free with things that have Nuts. Not worth having an allergic reaction. I wont be going back until the female manager is not working there anymore.
