I've been to Bento Teriyaki a handful of times, and it is always a nice, calm place to enjoy some delicious food! The food is served quickly and is always piping hot, the staff is very attentive, and the food is amazing. I've had the beef teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, bulgogi, gyoza, and miso soup over my few visits and I highly recommend each!

At noon, zero customers, no yummy food smells, microwave beeps to defrost, then soaked in oil to barely heat through. Sad to say bulk frozen Costco at home is better. So disappointing. Was looking forward to a yummy bento place. This is NOT it

Loved the bento box! Really great service, too. One of our favorite spots!
ambient atmosphere, mindful staff, unqiue renditions of teriyaki dining, good portions.

Got the bento box the chicken was good but had a little too much sauce. The tempura was disappointing, it was only 1 piece tempura and the rest was vegetables. ? The eggroll and salad were ok. Also the food was a bit cold when it got to me. The service from my server was very nice. Was going to do a 3 star but I’ll do 4 star for the nice lady who placed my order. Cheers ?

Had a teriyaki plate 14.00 and was mid at best, had to wait 20 minutes to get it the rice was dry and old and the chicken teriyaki seemed like it had been drying for hours.

I ordered chicken teriyaki with fried rice and it was $19.50. In Richland, Washington of all places. Never on this earth would’ve guessed to spend a $20 bill on chicken teriyaki! Wildly overpriced! Won’t go back.

We used to love Bentos yakisoba, until they started using cheap noodles. They originally said it was because of supply chain problems during the pandemic. That was a couple of years ago, and they still use really bad noodles. After today’s yakisoba meal, I won’t be eating there again. Mushy noodles.

The white sticky rice is the best! I loved their beef teriyaki with a little spice added. I'll definitely be back.
