I ordered off the app and then had our food delivered. when it arrived we were missing nearly 1/3 of what we ordered. I called the store and spoke with the manager Rebecca.
let me begin by saying, I am a customer service snob, and it is hard to please me in this area.
Rebecca not only apologized and took full responsibility, she offered to do what she could to make it right! this was enough for me. just to be heard and acknowledged is rare. the next day she replaced our entire order plus added 1/2 rack of ribs and a few extra goodies!
I'm blown away by this stellar experience and will return as a paying customer because Rebecca definitely made me feel like there was a guarantee of satisfaction when spending money with her.
well done Rebecca, well done!!
