2.5 - the Arnold Palmers were very watery. The wings were good but you can't have the Rosemary, S&P on the side, has to be tossed on. I thought it was a dipping sauce not dry seasoning, server didn't explain. My Smashburger was overcooked, bun dry, falling apart. The potato salad which we usually love was crunchy. The Pork torta sandwich lacked mayo and flavor. Our serve never asked us how our food was or if she could refill or get us another drink. The service was directed at a group of several celebrating the birthday of either a coworker or friend of the restaurant? Disappointing.

Really odd experience. Someone in our party tripped on an exposed light fixture in the doorway. We are both disabled and she is hurt. A manager and an employee came out to ask if we needed help. I asked for a chair to help her get up because her knee was hurt. They handed us a wooden chair and disappeared. Never saw the manager again, no one checked on us. The waitress brought a kitchen towel to wipe off scraped elbows.
Food was far inferior to other locations. Pop was very flat, server said she gets complaints, but its always like that.

Not a bad place for a burger. The service was a little janky and slow, even though it wasn't that busy, the burger was good and messy. The wedges were good, but there were too many compared to the burger. Price for a meal was about average 17 or 18 dollars.

Great burger, however as usual with a great burger from a spot like this, it got a bit messy. It was sooooooooooooooooo good though, even though I had to finish it with a fork and knife to finish it like a civilized human. It's just as good as the location in Berkeley, CA that turned me on to this franchise in the first place.

Bobs is one of my favorite places to eat in tri-citys. Over the years i have eaten everything on the menu. And I have never had a bad meal here. The squirrel sandwich is my favorite. The place has a good atmosphere even the bar is nice. Food is a good portion for what you pay. Over all not a bad place for a meal.
