Food was great. Staff was not attentive at all. We waited 10 min just to get a menu and get even greeted. They were not busy only had 2 tables that were already eating. It was an hour before they closed and staff seemed more worried about closing duties then serving customers.

This was the worst service we’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. We were there for 2 hours and had not received our dinner. They are extremely understaffed. We ended up leaving with our food in a to-go bag! We won’t be back!

Don't eat the crab cakes. They are dreadful. They are greasy and crumbly. They don't taste right. The Bang-Bang Shrimp was outstanding. You are missing out if you don't get an order. For desert I had Johnny Walker Blue, a double, on the rocks. Worth every penny I paid. My lady friend had a pomegranate martini. She loved it.

My friend and I just tried to go here after waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to take our food order at another local restaurant. There were three bartenders behind the bar. we asked a question about the two different menus that my friend and I had. She said that was weird but told us that both menus were accurate. We waited a little bit longer and no one came to take our drink order. We sat there for 10 more minutes while they made drinks for a dinner party? No one took any drink orders. They actually acted like they were super put out that we sat at the bar? So we took our cue and left!! Apparently they no longer have my poke bowl? The menu is 'new'. New menu? No offer of a drink? A rude bar staff?? No-brainer. We went to Twigs where they WELCOMED us with open arms!!!! 🙏
Holy smokes. The seafood was overcooked, the service was extremely slow, and the atmosphere was just ok. Do not recommend.

I have always had such a positive experience here that I knew I had to come for my birthday. when we arrived, I had a reservation and they did not have a table for us. luckily, we were able to squeeze into a booth. They were very busy, so we tried to be understanding. My husband ordered his steak medium -well done... well his steak came beyond well done. it looked like it was put into a panini presser well done. Another plate was pasta, and it had no flavor, sauce was dry. just very disappointing since the food is always 10/10. On the positive side the drinks and the band bang shrimp never fail here 10/10.

This place used to be coveted for being one of the best places to dine. This place is fancy fast food at best now. We got Steak, Salmon, Burgers, Calamari, Bang Bang Shrimp, Brussel Sprouts, Cod and not a single one of those items were quality meals. Service was lame. They messed up 3 orders and tried to blame us. Honestly, this place isn't even enjoyable. Food was not satisfying at all. Only one of the 6 of us enjoyed the food, and it was a burger. Save your money. Go elsewhere. Won't be coming back
