I don't go here often because it's on the pricey side but this was the first time that I was disappointed pretty much across the board. Went here for my birthday last week and I would say that the only thing that didn't disappoint was my martini. The service was not good, the food was not cooked how it was ordered, the bang bang shrimp usually has a bit of a spicy kick and there was no heat whatsoever. Our server didn't even take our drink orders, we had to track him down after we ordered our food to ask for drinks. All the steaks were undercooked to the point where we all had some bites left over that we didn't eat because it was too rare. My daughter ordered green beans and her plate showed up with steamed broccoli instead. When we told our server, he came back a few minutes later and said they were out of the beans. So he offered for her to get a different side which is what he should have done in the first place, not just assumed that broccoli would be the best substitution.
They are clearly in the process of remodeling as the floor was all torn up with uneven surfaces and a real eye sore. When you go and spend nearly $200 to have a nice birthday dinner and that is your experience, it kinda makes you not want to go back there again. If they keep this up, I don't see them being open much longer as there were only a few other tables with people at them. This used to be a higher-end restaurant and one of my favorite places... disappointing.

Got food via Door Dash. The Fish and Chips were very good. The Clam Chowder was okay. My wife found the Shrimp and Scallop Scampi Pasta to be rather bland. She did like the crab cake though. I heard a lot about the Bang Bang Shrimp. I don't know what all the fuss is about. It was okay, but not as good as I was expecting. Overall, the food was good, but not even close to deserving the price. Maybe it's better if you dine in.

Above average food paired with poor service. When going to Bonefish Grill, you can expect to be decently satisfied with your meal, but little else. Gave this place two last chances and both times service was slow, spotty, and inconsistent. Appetizer out with meal instead of before, 10+ minutes to be greeted after being seated, etc... Do not recommend.

The atmosphere is fine and the service was very good for how busy they were but the food was pretty terrible. My fish entree (a special, even!) was bland, overcooked and missing a sauce. The shrimp appetizer looked & tasted like they were plopped into a fryer straight outta the freezer. The best part of the appetizer was the tartar sauce. Even the asparagus was not great - the thickest I've ever seen and charred black.

Every year for my birthday I seek a delectable seafood feast & am let down here in the Tri Cities. 😞

Came in for Mother's Day at lunch to find sticky unfinished floors. Took 50 min to order and get the food. Bourbon glazed salmon was 3 out of 5, sweet and not spicy at all. Mahi Mahi was horrible, fishy taste and not much else, shrimp on top was great. Side of green beans came with ends not trimmed. Looks like they expect the customer to do what they should have done during prep work. Even the Bang bang shrimp was not as spicy as it used to be years ago. Best thing out of the whole dinner was the bread and oil dip, that was spot on. At the end, I was charged $40 for the Mahi Mahi that was listed at $32.50 on the month's special menu. Took 12 more minutes to get that fixed. Service was extremely slow. It took almost an hour to leave after we finished our food. Really dissapointing, we won't come back again, there are much better choices in Tri-Cities.

Waited 15 minutes at the bar top before anyone even gave me a menu, walked out after 25 because clearly staff has better things to do. Would not recommend and your money is better spent elsewhere.

We found this restaurant while out of town for a basketball game. Really thought it was going to be a nice place. Honestly the food was less than what I expected for the cost and “hype” . My chicken Marsala was cold , but my potatoes were piping hot? Brussel sprouts were burnt too! I was very disappointed after waiting over an hour for our entree’s! So much for a nice dinner $200 bill later!

Took my teenage grandson to dinner there tonight for the second time. It's always been one of my favorite restaurants and now it's one of his. We had the calamari, shrimp, mahi-mahi, and fish tacos. Everything was excellent as always. Payton was our waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and professional. Good atmosphere. Recommend!

Food had good flavor, but came out cold. Mentioned it to the waitress and she just offered fresh fries, but the whole plate was cold.
The food took forever to come out, about an hour and twenty minutes. Refills were slim and again took forever. Not sure if they were short staffed or what. Disappointing when you're paying quite a bit for your meal.

Have eaten at the bonefish for 10 years food was always good , But last time I was totally embarrassed in front of my 3 guests, we found bones in our trout, Woody stems on our green beans, they were not impressed.
