Waited 15 minutes at the bar top before anyone even gave me a menu, walked out after 25 because clearly staff has better things to do. Would not recommend and your money is better spent elsewhere.

We found this restaurant while out of town for a basketball game. Really thought it was going to be a nice place. Honestly the food was less than what I expected for the cost and “hype” . My chicken Marsala was cold , but my potatoes were piping hot? Brussel sprouts were burnt too! I was very disappointed after waiting over an hour for our entree’s! So much for a nice dinner $200 bill later!

Took my teenage grandson to dinner there tonight for the second time. It's always been one of my favorite restaurants and now it's one of his. We had the calamari, shrimp, mahi-mahi, and fish tacos. Everything was excellent as always. Payton was our waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and professional. Good atmosphere. Recommend!

Food had good flavor, but came out cold. Mentioned it to the waitress and she just offered fresh fries, but the whole plate was cold.
The food took forever to come out, about an hour and twenty minutes. Refills were slim and again took forever. Not sure if they were short staffed or what. Disappointing when you're paying quite a bit for your meal.

Have eaten at the bonefish for 10 years food was always good , But last time I was totally embarrassed in front of my 3 guests, we found bones in our trout, Woody stems on our green beans, they were not impressed.

We stopped in to Bonefish after Christmas shopping, hoping for some unique items like they tend to have as the seasons change. We tried the lobster bisque and were very surprised when it tasted like nacho cheese, almost as if they took a big can of cheese (if you work in the restaurant biz you know) and mixed it with some spices and seafood stock. The flavors of the menu were confused, we had delicious ginger beef dumplings that also were overwhelmed with soy sauce. The steak was fantastic, and the salmon amazing, so our main proteins were perfection. The mac and cheese tasted like watery Alfredo bacon, and the jasmine rice was so dry it almost seemed like they plated it and left it under the heat lamps before they started our main dishes. We shared the coleslaw, and that was also on point and not overdressed. Just wanted to share our experience, I don’t normally review restaurants like this.
The service was not bad, but we sat in the bar and as the employees got off work they sat at one end of the bar and the bartender seemed uninterested in us and gave us baseline service due to him spending his attention on the staff and regulars.

Bonefish was previously an amazing treat. Tonight was disappointing. The bang bang shrimp were yummy. However, despite asking for my salmon to be cooked lighter, it was overcooked. My partners fish tacos were extra fishy. No one checked to see how our meal was and when we paid the bill and mentioned our concerns, no remedy was made. I’ll probably cook from home next time I want salmon.

OK, so I wrote a 1 star review a few years ago and wrote this place off, after the manager was a complete jerk. Corporate actually contacted me personally and offered hundreds of dollars of gift cards due to it. WELL...

After years, we finally decided to let bygones be bygones, praying the manager in question was no longer there (apparently he isn't, WOOT!). We went back, and the food was delicious and as-remembered, but the service was horrific. Date night with the wife should have taken 75 minutes. Max. It took over 2.5 hours. Took us 15 minutes to even be asked what drinks we wanted, I was pissed by then.

This blonde girl was horrible, had NO damned clue how to serve or what good service is. My 2nd glass of wine also took nearly 20 minutes to receive as she dropped off plates, and bills, and blew us off.

Next, just a week later, my daughter's 13th birthday.. she knew we went to Bonefish, remembered good times there back in the day, chose Bonefish for her birthday meal. We warned her of our experience. Murphy's Law: WE GOT THE SAME SERVER. Guess what? SAME EXPERIENCE. This girl should not be a server. Same deal: 15-20 minute for drinks. 15-20 minutes for 2nd drink. No clue of when to stop by or check in, in her own world. 2.5+ hours for what should've taken an hour. I tipped 5% for the 1st time in probably 20 years.

Today, my daughter and I went to our favorite sushi place. CLOSED! Thanksgiving hours. I said, "How about Bonefish?" She said, "Noooooooooooooooo, I don't want to be there 2 hours." I said, "If we get the same server, we'll just leave." She said, "I guess."

Enter, JAMES! He greeted us quickly, asked if we wanted booth or table, I said booth. I asked as he seated us, "Are you our server?" He said yes I said, "Oh great, last couple times here were pretty bad service-wise." He said he'd change that. He did!

Everything was AWESOME from beginning-to-end! Great service. Great attitude. Attentive. Not overbearing. And even got a manager to approve a free cheesecake at the end of the meal, just to make-up for our 2 previous poor experiences. We were in and out in an hour! And delicious food, great service, awesome experience all around. AMAZING how one server versus another can absolutely make or break an experience at a full--service dining restaurant. James, well done, and thank you!

I have twice experienced the worst customer service ever at Bonefish Grill in Richland, WA. The first time was my friends birthday party and we had 8 people seated in the bar area. The bartender asked everyone at the table except me what they wanted to eat and drink. I kept trying to catch her to give my order, but she went out of her way to ignore me (No, I don't know know her personally). I finally got the Asst Mgr to take my order.
Then last night my friend and I decided to go for drinks and she wanted to go to Bonefish Grill, so we got there at 6:30 and only the place to sit was right at the bar. I asked if the seats were available as there were glasses and money sitting there. The same bartender as from before was there and came over and cleared the bar and said the seat was open. We sat for over 10 minutes as she walked past us twice and never even acknowledged us with a "I'll be right with you." Finally, we just left. I do not recommend going to Bonegish Grill and sitting in the bar area. Terrible Customer service
