My scallops were cold from the kitchen. The seafood was good. Staff polite and discreet. Three times food for another table was brought to us. Must be a mix up in the kitchen. Companion liked the pasta with seafood. We were given a box for the pasta, not a liquid holding vessel. Now the car smells like fruita de la mër and cats have followed the sauce trail and attempted breaking down the door. More thought please to take home containers.

Hi there, I have never once written a review before. However, I feel that now would be a good time to reach out. A little while ago, my fiance and I went to Bonefish Grill. We were very excited to try this place, as we have heard many great things about the food and service from family friends. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we stepped into the restaurant, servers and staff members looked at my fiance and I, but would turn around and walk the other direction. We were waiting for service about ten minutes before a hostess came to seat us. I had looked for any signs saying that we seat ourselves, but could not find any. Although this first impression was not fantastic, we decided to let it go and hope for the best knowing that our friends loved to eat here. Once we were seated, our waitress left without saying a word. She gave us a menu, but turned around and disappeared. We were finally given water glasses about ten to fifteen minutes after being seated. After she dropped off the glasses, she left again without saying a word. I felt that this was super weird, as I have never experienced service like this before. My fiance and I look young, and I do not want to make any assumptions, but we felt that maybe the server did not think we would tip. However, I have worked in the service industry and understand the importance of tipping. Additionally, my fiance ordered a drink when our waitress came back to the table. She stated things like, "What do you want?" and "Anything else?" in a manner that made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We had thanked her multiple times, but she never said anything back. She would just turn around and walk away. She was super friendly to the table of four next to us, though (The only other customers in the restaurant). Unfortunately, the complimentary bread was moldy. Our water glasses were dirty, my fiances caesar salad was pink, and his steak was raw. He asked for the steak to be medium rare, but it was completely raw; almost as if the cook had only seared the top and bottom. He never complains about food and is not picky, but he did not eat this. Our server never came back after delivering the food, so we could not have it put back on the pan. She eventually came out with the check, looked down at his plate, and said "Do you want it cooked longer?" But by that time, we had already shared my shrimp tacos and were no longer hungry. Like I said, I have never written a review or complained about restaurants because I have worked in the food and service industry, but I feel that this experience should not go unnoticed. Our bill was over $120, and I just feel as if this experience was not worth it. I mean, this could definitely have been an off night for the restaurant, but I think it's important that someone becomes aware of our experience.

We went here for the wine tasting dinner. Just a superb arrangement. The owner/manager (Josh?) walked around to make sure we all enjoyed the service and foods. Well, the foods... We loved the salad to start... The risotto was overcooked so, that was a negative. Then the filet topped with grilled shrimps and crab meat was cooked perfectly... Then, the desert was superb. For a wine tasting dinner, you don't expect much regarding wine pour... Well, Bonefish did a wonderful job - each pour is a full 5 ozs.... Toward the end, the chef - Andreas (sp?) came out and checked to see how we enjoyed the meal.. The wait staff was just wonderful. Super timely and friendly.Just a wonderful experience as we just bought a home and planted a vineyard here a year ago... We shall return :)

Came in at 5pm on a Saturday night group of 5. We were sat right away. It took about an hour and 20 minutes to get our entrees. We had bang bang shrimp appetizers which were delicious!! Crispy and the sauce was so good with a hint of spice. Reminds me of yum yum sauce with more of a kick. They give you a side of bread with an oil that I can’t quite remember the flavors but it was good! Had the bonefish pomegranate martini which was yummy, very sweet so probably would only have one, but loved it. For dinner I shared the chimichurri filet with garlic mashed potatoes and crispy garlic potatoes with a friend. So what you see in the picture is just half serving. They split the plates for us and we didn’t even ask so that was wonderful. The steak was so tender and cooked perfectly the chimichurri sauce was delicious and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. Garlic mashed potatoes were fine the crispy ones were so good and had a nice aioli sauce. Our server was great. Everything did take a while but it was packed on a Saturday night, the delicious food surely made up for it!

I feel like instead of a romantic night out we were sitting in a cafeteria packed in like sardines. I know we are out of COVID but room to walk between tables. And not being nasally assaulted would have been nice. When I can smell the next tables BO over my dinner I lose my appetite. Food was as good as it could have been although slow.

Came here once before for lunch and the food was good but the service was terrible even though they were very slow. I chalked it up to the server or lack of staff and decided to being my husband here for our anniversary. Waiter Aaron was wonderful and attentive and the drinks were good. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with broccoli and a premium (meaning I had to pay extra) bacon mac and cheese. The fish was terribly overcooked, the broccoli was just steamed and plain which is fine I guess and the bacon mac and cheese tasted like they nuked in the microwave. My husband ordered fish and chips which he said were ok. This restaurant isn't terrible by any means but man, for the price we paid for the food I was expecting it to be a little better. I had planned to take my family here when they came out but probably won't now.

We haven't eaten at the Bone Fish for a while. This is okay food. The staff is top notch, pleasant, friendly and engaging. We were surprised at the lack of parking. The parking lot was full but the restaurant was maybe 25%. I almost did not stop thinking that we were going to wait. But we did not on a Friday. Quick service, no wait, just food was so-so

Worst food and service in 10 years. Waiter was hopeless. Kitchen sent out lobster that looked like a rubber chicken. 2 steaks were significantly undercooked and had to be sent back. Table was never cleared of anything well after we were finished. Been coming here often since opened. Doubt we will ever come back.
