Bruchi's Reviews
We usually go to the store on Gage this time it took over 10 minutes to get our food and $27 dollars later the food didn't even taste good, lack of meat and way too much mayo just very disappointed and pissed off. Maybe it's a new cook or something since it took so long to get? Someone needs to train them? We have never had sandwiches this bad.
Bruchis is my family’s go to restaurant for lunch! The service is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly and on top of ordering. I appreciate the simple things Bruchis does well like giving you ENOUGH FRY SAUCE WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK FOR EXTRA. I always order a salad and a kids combo for my daughter and I. They have the consistency down. Out of at least 10 orders there has never not been a fork in my salad container. There have always been 3 fry sauces in my daughters meal...read full review

Bruchi's, a popular restaurant in the tri-cities, offers a delightful dining experience for its customers. The service is consistently amazing, with the staff being friendly and accommodating, even for those with dietary restrictions like gluten-free. The minute one steps inside, they are greeted by the tantalizing aroma of delicious menu items, which include the beloved pound of fries and the small classic cheesesteak without mayo. Bruchi’s also makes a great Impossible Burger, and they are very generous with their fries, which are paired with fry sauce that many consider the best around.
However, the reviews highlight some areas that could be improved. While the service at the counter is quick and efficient, the overall dining experience can be inconsistent, with some customers receiving their food faster than others. Some sandwiches, like the Pepper Steak, are noted to be lacking substance, while the broccoli cheese soup and cheeseburgers are praised for being good and well-cooked. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area could be enhanced, as some tables were found to be sticky and dirty, with food and beverage spills. There are also mentions of price increases and variations in how meals are prepared, which some customers find concerning.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Bruchi's remains a go-to destination for many, with one reviewer expressing their intention to give the restaurant another chance to address these concerns. Overall, Bruchi's offers a generally positive dining experience, with its friendly staff, accommodating nature, and delectable menu items making it a popular choice among the tri-cities community.
