Food always takes long, the to-go cups of fry sauce are about 1/3 of the size other places offer. (Extra fry sauce is also more $$ than any other burger place in town). The food is considerably more than other burger/sandwich shops in town as well.

Quality has gone down tremendously over the years. Used to be able to justify the high cost since the quality of food was also high, this is no longer the case. Yesterday we stopped in on our way through town, only to be served under cooked doughy bread with dry chicken inside. The chicken Malibu is my go to comfort food, but the last 3 times I have been in it has gotten progressively worse. Ill have to find a new sandwich spot, sad day for Bruchi's.

Love the Philly steak sandwiches. I have never had a bad one. I dont care for the parking lot, too small always feel like im gonna hit someone.

Literally never going here again. if I could give it zero stars, I would. Ordered a chicken supreme 8 inch, received one with steak NOT chicken so I went back inside to just get what I actually ordered and the worker begins to argue with me saying you didn’t order chicken you ordered steak. Meanwhile I don’t even eat steak or like steak. Even I know as a former retail worker, you never argue with the customer. Just fix the problem and go on about your day. Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund because I refuse to give my money to places. He was more worried about arguing with me on what I ordered rather than fixing my order.

The only reasons for 4 stars is that a. The prices seem to increase almost every time i go there and b. They never seem to make it the exact same way! Its ALWAYS good, but i prefer it a certain way and sometimes its not done the way ive asked

Bruchi’s makes a great Impossible Burger, they are very generous with their fries, and their fry sauce is on par with the best around. Always great, friendly, fast service even during the busy lunch hour.
