This restaurant is in our rotation each month and the service was great. Enjoyed our table windowside except for the direct air conditioner draft which kept me in my coat as it did the table next to us. Porterhouse steak and New York were prepared as requested and very tender. I will request minimal seasoning next time. Champ and baked potatos excellent but the vegetables were cold and detracted from the plates. Appetizers of sautéed mushrooms was good but like the vegetables lacked their usual flavor.

It's good. I imagine it's one of the best restaurants in the area, but compared to steakhouses near major cities like Seattle, it's not as good. Anthony's is in the Seattle area in different forms, also. They own this place I guess. Sides are included here, although not ones I would pick if they were a la carte like the fancier places. No need to dress up here. We sat outside by the marina. Porterhouse was good, but not prime. Prime NY was good, but not great. Veggies were okay. Bread was great.

Table of 4 all got steaks: filet, ny strip, and ribeye. All of the steaks and mashed potato sides were luke warm at most, cold to the touch. The steaks had minimal seasoning besides the funky butter used. Medium rare steak was inconsistent throughout the steak. Medium well steak still had pink inside. NY strip was Prime cut but I question it after eating it, definitely still choice. We did not send the food back but the table next to us had the $160 tomahawk and they had to send it back.

Ruth's chris chain is way better while being cheaper. I'll take Outback before this place.

This is my favorite place for steak in Tri-cities, we are very limited to good restaurants here. Budd’s is great, they have great service, consistent menus, and delicious food. My favorite steak is the filet or the ribeye and the best dessert is the melting lava cake, that’s what I call it, not sure what the exact name of it on the menu is…nor do I care…all I know is that it’s delicious. It does take 15 minutes to make so keep that in mind. I often order it to go if I’m not dining in and only want dessert, it’s so good! The one thing I was sad about was they got rid of the Brut champagne (my fav) and replaced it with another option that isn’t as dry, it’s good but not the brut. Love this place, highly recommend!!!!

Reservations were easy, restaurant was clean, wait staff was friendly, food was mediocre. Bread was good, NY steak was gristly, undercooked and cold; tenderloin was good. Wedge salad was okay. Mine was missing the cheese crumbles. I would have preferred bacon bits to a slice of bacon. Potatoes were good. At over $100 per person, I guess I expected more.

Great spot for quality cocktails and food. Special occasions or happy hour is a must try at least 3 times to try select and local wines, beer, and craft cocktails tunes to your liking.

We sat outside which was very nice. We had the early bird dinner. I had meatloaf. Hubby had steak. Meat loaf was average. My calamari showed up just when the dinner came so , it got a little cold. Hubby said his steak was good. The desert was yummy. I had the chocolate mouse. He had the sundae. It was a pleasant dinner. I would definitely go back.
