My wife and I went for our 10 year anniversary. I requested that we have a window seat on our reservation. And the view was fantastic! The wife chose the garlic prawns and I went with the 14 oz rib eye. Both were delicious!Our server, Jennifer C helped us with recommendations and nailed it! The food was great! Loved the bread and chive butter as well. Water glasses never got to the bottom, tables, bathrooms, and floors were immaculate. This was the best meal and experience for our weekend!! Thank you.

All of the staff we came across was wonderful and our waitress Jennifer was very good!!! The food was a hit or miss… meatloaf was good, scampi prawns were tough, crème brûlée was awesome, the mousse was flavorless. The thing that surprised us was the furnishings - the cracks and holes in the reception seating and the table seating was surprising for what comes across as a nicer restaurant….

The food was exceptional! My husband had a rib eye and I had a filet mignon and we shared a lobster tail. It was all delicious. The steaks were perfectly cooked and were very tender and juicy. The lobster tail was so delicious I don't have enough words to describe it. We ended dinner with dessert and a dessert wine. Our server Jennifer did an outstanding job. She was tending to several tables (working her tail off). Every one of the tables seemed to be getting the same great service we got. It was a great experience!!

As regular patrons of budds broiler Restaurant, my wife and I have often chosen this establishment for special occasions, consistently enjoying exceptional food and service. However, our recent visit on Valentine's Day was regrettably one of the worst dining experiences we've encountered.Despite our anticipation for a memorable evening, our hopes were quickly dashed by a series of disappointments. Chief among them was the absence of the complimentary bread, a customary gesture we've come to appreciate during previous visits. Despite bringing it to the attention of our waitress multiple times, the bread failed to materialize until after we had completed our entrees, leaving us feeling overlooked and neglected.Moreover, the lack of follow-up from our waitress was strikingly evident. After taking our initial orders and delivering the check, her interaction with us was minimal at best. As someone who values patience and understanding, I took the initiative to observe the restaurant's atmosphere, only to find it surprisingly half-empty. It was disheartening to witness other guests, seated after us, receive attentive service and timely follow-ups, including the provision of bread.Tonight's experience was a stark departure from the standard of excellence we have come to associate with budds broiler. The lack of attention to detail, coupled with a noticeable discrepancy in service quality, left us deeply disappointed. As loyal patrons who have cherished many memorable moments at this establishment, it pains us to recount such a lackluster experience on what should have been a special evening.Update: Following up on my last update, I'm pleased to share my recent experience at Budds Broiler. Manager Cara's personal invitation to return after a previous issue was greatly appreciated. Cara and her team exceeded expectations, delivering exceptional service, delicious food, and a warm ambiance. Thank you, Cara, and staff, for turning things around and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Budds Broiler comes highly recommended for anyone seeking fantastic food and hospitality.

Service was very good, great recommendation of a bottle of wine. The bread was fantastic served warm when we sat down. Other than that, the food was just fine. The wife had the filet which was cooked as requested and I had the rib-eye, also cooked as requested. My cut of meat was loaded with fat, probably left 25% piled up on the side as inedible. The loaded baked potato was dry. My wife's mashed potato was maybe the best mashed we've ever had. I am not writing this place off just yet and we will try again. I have friends who have come and loved the place. Maybe something was just off this day or my expectations were over the top. I will not be ordering the rib-eye.

Having been dining here for years. I have finally given up. After our order was taken no follow up until the bill was delivered. The meal was was substandard from all of our family and friends visits before. Could not order a second drink and was not going to beg for service that should have occurred. We had to stop one of the service people to get utensils that should have already been addressed when our meal was served.
For the price, it's not for me.
