You can always count on these morons to mess up your order. Every time. They must be high or something. The latest was an order for a cheese quesadilla and they just gave us an empty tortilla. The order literally said cheese only quesadilla and they argued that we ordered it wrong.

Delivery is a huge disappointment. We order from the Queensgate location in Richland quite a bit, we have food sensitivities and for the most part I like their food over other fast food options. But these guys know you are doing an online order, and will skimp you on the meat like corporate personally trained them to do it. If I go in person and watch them make it, this doesn’t happen.
Tonight for example. We ordered a carnitas salad bowl, $14 normally, extra meat is a $6.00 up-charge. My husband got the steak burrito bowl, extra meat is a $7.00 up-charge. We had to dig through each of these meals to find shreds of wet limp meat somewhere in there?!!
I dug my meat all the way out just to get a solid reference, it was 1/4 cup of wet shredded pork. Please see my beautiful pictures. Would you pay $6.00 extra on top of $14 for the actual meal for a 1/4 cup of wet meat?!
Also, I called the phone number to bring it to the location’s attention, but instead I get a lovely robot that try’s to triage my call. I ended up being transferred to the main customer service line after saying “talk to a person” and hitting “0” about a hundred times. The representative who answered with her children screaming in the background gave me a great tip… you have to say “EMERGENCY” or “Vender” and the automated system will actually transfer you to a real person at the Queensgate location. Yay! A little dramatic to have to say “emergency” or lie and say you’re a vendor…but now that I’m starving, I have time tonight to play these reindeer games.
After I explained the situation to the worker who answered at the store location, he said he would pass the message along. Insert -eye roll- here. I feel bad venting to the worker, who like most of us needs his job, but these employees are wasting $50 of our money at a time, it’s not ok.
Guys, put more meat on your single servings, and for the love of food if someone pays an extra up-charge for extra meat, PLEASE give us something worth while.
I am done with this location and probs Chipotle in general since the CEO is raising the prices 2%. HAIL NO. I’m out.

Don’t go after 8pm unless you want them to tell you sorry we’re out of this and that. NEVER HAVE VEGGIES even hours before closing. I went in at 930 and there was no more because apparently “they don’t know how that works” how that works is you make more food specially 1.5 hrs before closing. Not the first or second time this happens, I get that most the people working there are high school young people but damn

Put in a mobile order that took them an extra 10 minutes to make and they completely got it wrong, missing both an extra protein and guac as well as lettuce and black beans. Wasn't given a refund only a free guacamole coupon.

I usually go to the one by the mall in Kennewick but occasionallygo here. Everytine I go to this Chipotle it's terrible. They don't giveyo you good portions and food is always not good. My wifes bowl was watery. Let's not talk about missing items from the order. Never going to this location again.

Going in person, food is always good and service is great. But if you order via uber eats, you will barley get a normal portion even if you order extra. been going on for a year now and has only gotten worse on uber.

Staff was so nice and helpful. I ordered extra rice thinking it would cost more but it didn’t. Meat was fresh and taste great. Veggies also weee fresh.

Almost every weekend we order food to take home and the last three weekends we have realized that they have been serving less and less, it seems to me the last straw is not a meal, it seems like a snack what we are buying. Besides, they don't put napkins or cutlery.

So I show up to chipotle that doesn’t have any cheese… all they have is the fancy cheese, and they want to sell it to me for an up charge, even though they do not have any cheese to sell me…. so I asked if I could have the cheese that they do have at the same price that they would be selling the cheese that they ran out of… they told me no, this is our policy.
Poor business!
