Chuck E. Cheese has really down graded in my opinion! Having the coins was so much better!!!!! I dislike the card and not having the tickets! Other than the prices being extremely high HARDLY NONE of the games work! Almost all the games are out of service or missing pieces of the game like basketballs or balls or rings for some games & it’s crazy that it’s OUT OF SERVICE cause if you swipe your card it still charges your card even though it’s out of service, that’s crazy in my opinion! Such a rip off! The hot wings do not taste like they used too! They’re very soggy and uncooked well! The salad is always pretty empty! The restrooms are always dirty and I always have a hard time finding an employee if you’re going to charge high prices at least have your games fixed and up and running!

Reserved for 6 kid party and got ringed up/charged for 9 kids. Total was ~$240 (excluding $50 reservation fee, so $290 total when it should've been MUCH less). They realized their mistake after I had already paid cause it felt oddly expensive, and they apologized and said they will refund it. Said it couldn't charge back for whatever reason, said they could give me in store credit or send a check. I asked them to send a check since that's all I could really do to get my actual money back, gave them my address/info, and the refund check never came. I was scammed by Chuck E Cheese.

Way overpriced and too hot dont make a great overal experience. Not sure why they would charge $18 min just get your kid a play card with barely any time or tokens to accomidate the price. Then it was already 97 degrees outside and it was like 80 degrees inside. Hot sweaty and broke!

It is what you would expect from a Chuck E Cheese, some games don't work but they seem to be fixed before the next visit. Staff is over all friendly. Check in line is a little slow.

Been to a lot of Chucky E cheese’s since I was a kid but this one in Kennewick is the worst one so far. To many machines out of order or not working, my kids tried playing some games but will not come on and no out of order sign so was basically wasting points. The worst part is the staff didn’t stamp me or my kids in like the other ones do which is for everyone’s safety. Anyone could have walked out with someone’s kid and not been checked. Really disappointed and probably won’t be coming back here again. The one in Spokane on Nevada street is a 5 star place
We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our party was hosted by Mercy, who was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the event. My son was so happy, and it truly made his special day memorable. All the children we invited had a fantastic time and commented on how much they enjoyed the fun and lively atmosphere. Thank you to Mercy and the entire team for making the celebration such a success!

My nephew was so excited to have his birthday here. They brought out amazing pizza and wings, drinks were unlimited, they even had a salad bar. Gaming for the party kids was unlimited, and the prizes were fun that they could win. Our server was awesome. The birthday show was so fun. Chuck-E-Cheese made an appearance and everyone just had a wonderful time.

We drove 300 miles to celebrate my son’s 5th birthday in Kennewick to be with his sisters and grandma. Elijah our party host was the most amazing young man I have ever interacted with! Not only did he make my son’s birthday “the best one of his life” but he was very patient, professional, understanding and really seemed to care about his job. He even had my son up with him to sing and dance the birthday song with Chucke. Btw Chuck E Cheese is tagged on my TikTok. Elijah you’re an amazing person. With your great attitude and hospitality you’re going to do great things and your going places. The world needs more Elijah’s. Well at least restaurants do. We appreciate all you did to help us make his day the best day ever. He needs a promotion/raise! Keep striving Elijah!
