Chuck E. Cheese has really down graded in my opinion! Having the coins was so much better!!!!! I dislike the card and not having the tickets! Other than the prices being extremely high HARDLY NONE of the games work! Almost all the games are out of service or missing pieces of the game like basketballs or balls or rings for some games & it’s crazy that it’s OUT OF SERVICE cause if you swipe your card it still charges your card even though it’s out of service, that’s crazy in my opinion! Such a rip off! The hot wings do not taste like they used too! They’re very soggy and uncooked well! The salad is always pretty empty! The restrooms are always dirty and I always have a hard time finding an employee if you’re going to charge high prices at least have your games fixed and up and running!

Reserved for 6 kid party and got ringed up/charged for 9 kids. Total was ~$240 (excluding $50 reservation fee, so $290 total when it should've been MUCH less). They realized their mistake after I had already paid cause it felt oddly expensive, and they apologized and said they will refund it. Said it couldn't charge back for whatever reason, said they could give me in store credit or send a check. I asked them to send a check since that's all I could really do to get my actual money back, gave them my address/info, and the refund check never came. I was scammed by Chuck E Cheese.
